To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a passionate and analytically minded e‑Commerce Risk Analyst to work alongside industry‑leading risk technology and cross‑functional partners.
The successful candidate will investigate high‑risk transactions and patterns, identify emerging threats, and contribute to continuous improvement across our fraud and risk controls.
Act as a subject matter expert in transactional fraud prevention and wider eCommerce risk.
Monitor transactions and conduct anomaly detection to identify emerging fraud patterns and abuse.
Manage and resolve risk‑related escalations from retailers and internal stakeholders.
Analyse fraud trends and performance data, providing actionable insights and reporting to management.
Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new products, tools, and risk processes.
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase investigation accuracy and decision quality.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure risk considerations are embedded into business initiatives.
1+ years’ experience in fraud prevention, payments risk, or AML
Exposure to refund and returns abuse prevention.
Experience with transaction monitoring, identity verification, or risk decisioning tools.
Strong understanding of fraud typologies within eCommerce environments.
Experience with AI a plus.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the successful onboarding of retailers onto our platform. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, acting as the key point of contact during the onboarding and testing phases of project delivery.
As an Integration Specialist, you will manage and perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and readiness of our platform integrations. You will also guide clients through the testing and launch process, troubleshooting any issues and driving successful outcomes.
