A Production Associate responsible for performing routine and repetitive production and assembly tasks, supplying correct raw material to assigned work processes using an ERP system. Primary Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow EquipmentShare’s health, safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
Follow production guidelines and specifications
Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment
Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
Work on the production line to meet production schedules
Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor on duty
Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery
Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks
Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
Read and understand engineering drawings
Use measuring tools to inspect parts (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges, etc.)
Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
Move materials or completed products and packages to establis

The Heavy Equipment Shop Technician to be responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

We’re hiring a Production Associate at our manufacturing office in Moberly, Mo, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. A Production Associate responsible for performing routine and repetitive production and assembly tasks, supplying correct raw material to assigned work processes using an ERP system. They will also assemble products as required for shipment to customers, monitor processes and carry out basic quality checks to ensure the product meets specification.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow EquipmentShare’s health, safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
Follow production guidelines and specifications
Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment
Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
Work on the production line to meet production schedules
Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor on duty
Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery
Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks
Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
Read and understand engineering drawings
Use measuring tools to inspect parts (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges, etc.)
Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
Move materials or completed products and packages to establis

Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually

We’re hiring a Shop Technician(Hard Down/Moberly) at our location in Moberly, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
The Heavy Equipment Shop Technician to be responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Year-round company provided OEM training

Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
Must be detail orientated with knowledge of planned, scheduled work
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Trade school certificate, preferred
At least 10 years experience in field service, maintenance and repair, preferred
Previous experience with online parts portals, parts diagrams and schematics
Physical Requirements
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
