WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Warehouse Associate you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. From processing equipment requests to maintaining inventory levels and handling outbound shipments, you'll support critical logistics that keep our client's IT infrastructure running seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfill equipment and material requests with accuracy and urgency
• Communicate professionally via email and internal channels
• Maintain precise inventory levels using Excel and internal systems
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools
• Manage outbound shipping workflows including picking, packing, and labeling
• Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming hardware shipments
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Support desk moves, onsite deployments, and other logistical tasks
• Monitor and maintain task queues and SRT queues
• Facilitate new‑hire equipment delivery across the NORAM region
• Oversee e‑waste processing, donation logistics, and proper disposal
• Partner daily with regional inventory teams for alignment
• Perform additional tasks or special projects assigned by the Site Lead or management

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional, customer‑service‑oriented approach

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Familiarity with inventory management tools or asset tracking systems.
• Experience in a tech environment or with IT hardware.
• Background in global logistics or multi‑region coordination 
• Ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse setting.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an IT Logistics Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of IT equipment between warehouse locations and multiple customer sites. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of critical IT assets that support daily business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining strong communication with both warehouse teams and on-site stakeholders. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle along a designated “milk run” route to multiple work sites 
• Transport IT equipment securely, ensuring damage-free delivery and handling
• Load and unload equipment with care, following proper handling procedures
• Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-off

Vehicle Maintenance 

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Experience handling or transporting IT equipment
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and terminology
• Experience with route optimization and multi-stop delivery schedules

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Asset Technician to support our warehousing and asset lifecycle operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, tracking, movement, and maintenance of IT hardware assets within the warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory control, assist with shipments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill asset-related tasks in a timely and professional manner.

This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, basic technical skills related to IT hardware, and a high level of organization to maintain inventory accuracy and service quality.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments of IT equipment and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
• Maintain real-time inventory records using Excel and internal systems.
• Track asset movements and status updates in asset tracking tools and customer portals.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity and stock accuracy.
• Stage and prepare IT assets for deployment, shipment, or storage.
• Assist in triaging returned or damaged equipment and determine disposition (e.g., repair, reuse, recycle).
• Support e-waste handling and donation logistics as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams on equipment needs, delivery schedules, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage warehouse tasks using ticketing systems or task trackers (e.g., GSD).
• Provide support for desk moves, new hire kit deployments, and on-site asset handoffs when required.
• Operate pallet jacks or other equipment safely to move goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with safety standards.

 ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with IT hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) safely.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.

 DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Experience using inventory management or asset tracking systems.
• Previous work experience in a tech or IT logistics environment.
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent ticketing systems.
• Understanding of e-waste handling and compliance practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
