As a result of continued growth, we are currently hiring Senior Immigration Specialist to work within our office in Hyderabad, India. These role require a seasoned professional with strong immigration background, specifically in the field of US business/corporate immigration - this means, your experience will be skewed towards the processing of US employment-based visa applications. 

As our Senior Immigration Specialist, you will be required to:

• Communicate and understand the US immigration requirements of clients both individuals and corporates
• Work across the following types of visas: EB-1/2/3, O-1, NIW, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole and work authorizations, AOS, and all phases of the employment-based Green Card processes
• Manage visa applications from initiation through completion, overseeing the full application lifecycle, consistently focus on improving accuracy while processing visa applications
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and any amendments to US immigration laws
• Maintain an accurate record of cases and provide periodic updates as required
• Remain aware of regular USCIS updates
• Proactively identify the opportunities for process/ system improvement and work closely with lead, Technology QA and Development teams to implement
• Work closely with the inhouse technology teams to develop and improve our technology products, as and when required

• Possess hands on experience in processing the complete end to end EB-1A/B/C, O-1, Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation in DOL and maintaining data with the high quality
• Willing to work in shifts

• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to effectively multi-task
• Strong client / customer focus and a team approach
• 4 to 8 years of experience within employment-based immigration, preferably in a large high volume law firm environment

Corporate Paralegal – Envoy Global (U.S.)

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Draft, proofread, and support review of contracts, NDAs, corporate filings, and routine legal correspondence using approved templates
• Compare document versions, run redlines, and summarize changes to support efficient attorney review
• Manage legal document repositories, version control, naming conventions, and access permissions
• Support contract execution by monitoring signature workflows and ensuring accurate storage of finalized documents
• Track contracts, renewals, and corporate filings; maintain dashboards and proactively flag deadlines and action items
• Provide legal operations support, including invoice review, scheduling, intake of legal requests, and meeting notes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts, documents, and timelines and consolidate information for legal matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries with citations and practical business impact
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and due‑diligence activities while handling sensitive information with discretion

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and other routine legal documents.
