Introduction

The Technical Support Specialist (TSS) is a frontline support specialist and provides technical assistance to our customers' technical and non-technical staff who utilize and support our suite of property management solutions. Our solutions incorporate property accounting, purchasing, facilities, and leasing data into the industry's most comprehensive property management software available. Our solutions utilize complex technologies and the associated issues require deep technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to resolve.

You will provide professional business-to-business customer service, with an awareness of the critical nature of these solutions to our customers who are using them. Using best practices in troubleshooting, communication, and problem resolution, you will ensure that any reported problems as well as issues that you anticipate are resolved in an efficient and effective manner. These interactions must leave customers feeling impressed with how smoothly concerns are addressed when they encounter problems with our software.

You will work closely with other TSSs and colleagues across the company to collaborate on behalf of the customer and will accelerate issues toward timely resolution and provide the customer with timely and complete communication along the way.

Responsibilities will include

Provide technical support and troubleshooting via telephone, ticket, and/or chat.

Develop subject matter expertise in our core technologies, and at least one other technology specialty.

Demonstrate professional, assertive, articulate, and friendly verbal and written communication in all aspects of your work while building confidence among all customers and stakeholders.

Ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and challenge customers appropriately.

Maintain ownership and communication responsibility for each assigned incident from initial report through resolution, even when others are engaged to achieve resolution.

Educate customers on Entrata’s software and products.

Provide root cause correction, not just symptom relief. Ensure that all facets of the problem are evaluated to eliminate the recurrence of the issue.

Champion customer issues from feedback through the delivery of a solution.

Identify, document, and report issues with software, design, reliability, and maintenance issues to the proper teams, ensuring that they are aware of and are addressing customer expectations.

Participate in team and department meetings.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1 to 3 years of work experience in a technical support capacity supporting B2B support to enterprise-level customers.

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills for diverse issues in high-pressure, complex, multi-platform/system/vendor environments.

Ability to adapt quickly to change, think on your feet, communicate positively, and work proactively.

Excellent professional, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture all details in written form fluidly during conversations. Communication is assertive, articulate, and friendly while building confidence across all stakeholders you work with.

A proven passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability to utilize, create and update knowledge base resources in the course of your work.

Intro:

Entrata is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of product features and functionalities. As a pivotal product team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the delivery team of architects and software developers to enhance the delivery experience for our clients, optimize logistics processes, and ensure the successful deployment of software solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in being a product owner (SAFe 6.0) or product management, or a business analyst for a software product function, a deep understanding of agile delivery operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities will include

Using AI perform continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities and inform product strategy and prioritization.

Apply deep domain expertise in Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring, and the end-to-end flow of funds to guide feature development.

Develop and execute the product roadmap for delivery-related features and functionalities, aligning with business objectives and client needs.

Deﬁne and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

Maintain product and team backlog by organizing and keeping development teams productive.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including software development and customer success teams, to prioritize delivery-related initiatives.

Relate to various personas of product users, appreciate the tasks to be achieved using the product, and work closely with UX teams to capture related product feature requirements.

Elicit product and feature requirements, work with US-based product leadership and global UX teams to groom user stories, to create detailed requirements for engineering teams

Study competing products and features, to identify industry needs and product evolution

Work closely with development teams to oversee the development, testing, and release of delivery-related features, maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness.

Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on existing features and drive continuous improvement.

Act as a subject matter expert on delivery operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed.

Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in delivery management and logistics.

Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules.

Ensure product quality by consistently verifying features and major use cases throughout development and on production.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related ﬁeld.

2+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the software industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work split shifts, including evenings.

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Understand technical challenges and clearly articulate solutions to various stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

Entrata’s Research and Development department is seeking a Software Engineer. You will spend a lot of time working with senior architects and directors, designing database schema, and laying out the basic code architecture so an offshore team can run with it. You will also be tasked with projects that you will own and see through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

Write well-designed, testable, efficient code

Solve technical problems by working closely with Development Managers, UX, Product Managers, and offshore teams

Designs high-performance database schema and code architecture for their products

Empower offshore teams to rapidly deliver stable, high-performing, and reliable code. This requires frequent interaction with them by teleconference.

Reviews and corrects code for quality and design through constant evaluation of product code and getting involved in complicated or sensitive code.

Maintain database queries and write scalable SQL.

Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle (back-end and front-end)

Participate in and advocate for Agile and Scrum activities.

Prepare and produce releases of software components.

Handle high traffic website operations, be proactive with maintenance, and exhibit problem-solving skills to ensure optimal working and performance of the websites.

Build interfaces and change existing functionalities and logic of existing code for improvement.

Understand standard systems development life-cycle processes and apply agile methodology effectively on client & internal engagements.

Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to the client and internal project.

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of development experience (PHP is preferred), Experience working with web-based applications and processes

SQL and other database knowledge
