Position Summary

RBJK Marketing LLC, the largest regional sub-franchisor for JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support ongoing AR operations across multiple commercial cleaning markets.

This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities including collections, billing support, cash application, and account reconciliation. A key focus will be maintaining accurate AR records, resolving aged balances, and supporting overall financial accuracy across a multi-entity environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on B2B AR experience, is comfortable working within ERP systems, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

• Manage and review aged receivables, identifying and resolving past-due balances.
• Research account history including billing records, service agreements, and prior collection activity.
• Process write-offs, credit memos, and billing adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate invoice records, including detailed notes, reason codes, and audit documentation.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to resolve disputes, pricing discrepancies, and service-related issues.
• Support ongoing AR reporting and provide visibility into aging trends and account status.

Collections & Cash Application

• Conduct collection outreach via phone and email across multiple markets.
• Document all collection activity, including outcomes and next steps, within the ERP system.
• Apply customer payments and reconcile cash receipts to open invoices.
• Send dunning notices using system-generated templates and customer segmentation.

Billing & Account Support

• Assist with billing cycle activities, including invoice review, distribution, and validation.
• Identify and escalate billing discrepancies, phantom invoices, and disputed charges.
• Maintain customer account records, including contact information and billing details.
• Support continuous improvement of AR processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit in a B2B environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, formulas).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and internal collaboration.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts across multiple entities and markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct, including billing, credit memos, and AR reporting.
• Background in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or franchise operations.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of credit risk, bad debt reserves, and write-off processes.
• Familiarity with AR aging analysis and account reconciliation best practices.

Pavement Maintenance Technician (or Lead Technician – Based on Experience)

Appell Striping is looking for a dependable, experienced Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver high-quality asphalt repairs, sealcoating, and line striping for commercial properties. Appell Striping operates in partnership with Jan-Pro, a nationally recognized commercial cleaning brand. This relationship allows us to support a wide range of commercial clients while continuing to grow our pavement maintenance services.

What You’ll Do

• Perform crack filling, asphalt patching, and minor pavement repairs
• Operate sealcoating equipment and apply sealant to paved surfaces
• Set up and operate striping machines to apply pavement markings
• Read and interpret site plans and blueprints to ensure accurate layout and striping
• Prepare job sites by cleaning and prepping surfaces
• Follow project layouts, specifications, and safety guidelines
• Load, transport, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate with crew members and project managers on job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Line striping experience required
• Ability to read and work from site plans and blueprints is required
• 2+ years of line striping or pavement maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise layouts
• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Graco or similar striping equipment
• Knowledge of traffic control procedures and safety signage
• Experience leading crews or managing job sites

The Inside Sales Representative will conduct strategic outbound calls to commercial businesses, communicate a compelling value proposition, overcome objections, and schedule qualified first appointments for the outside sales team.

This is a metrics-driven role requiring strong phone presence, consistency, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 2+ years of demonstrated B2B outbound phone sales experience

• Proven success in high-volume outbound dialing (125+ calls per day)

• Experience setting qualified appointments for an outside sales team

• 2+ years of CRM experience (tracking leads, follow-ups, reporting activity)

• Strong objection-handling and closing skills in appointment setting

• Ability to work onsite in Marietta, GA

Key Responsibilities
