Position Summary
RBJK Marketing LLC, the largest regional sub-franchisor for JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support ongoing AR operations across multiple commercial cleaning markets.
This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities including collections, billing support, cash application, and account reconciliation. A key focus will be maintaining accurate AR records, resolving aged balances, and supporting overall financial accuracy across a multi-entity environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on B2B AR experience, is comfortable working within ERP systems, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pavement Maintenance Technician (or Lead Technician – Based on Experience)

Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 base + commission + bonus opportunities
JAN-PRO is a leading provider in the commercial cleaning industry. Our Atlanta-based office is expanding and seeking driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing B2B sales team.
This role is focused on high-volume outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct strategic outbound calls to commercial businesses, communicate a compelling value proposition, overcome objections, and schedule qualified first appointments for the outside sales team.
This is a metrics-driven role requiring strong phone presence, consistency, and professionalism.
2+ years of demonstrated B2B outbound phone sales experience
Proven success in high-volume outbound dialing (125+ calls per day)
Experience setting qualified appointments for an outside sales team
2+ years of CRM experience (tracking leads, follow-ups, reporting activity)
Strong objection-handling and closing skills in appointment setting
Ability to work onsite in Marietta, GA
Conduct 125+ outbound B2B prospecting calls daily
Target assigned businesses within designated markets
Communicate JAN-PRO’s value proposition clearly and confidently
Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
Gather decision-maker information and build brand awareness
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow required reporting processes
Consistently meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting goals
Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator
Highly motivated with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Results-driven and comfortable working toward daily metrics
