About the Team 

Commercial Strategy & Operations (“CSO”) (i.e., Lantern’s Revenue Operations team) supports the President and his broader go-to-market function, including Employer Sales, Employer Client Success, Provider Network Growth and Success, Marketing, and Partnerships (health plans, ecosystem partners). CSO is responsible for Commercial strategy (how we grow), planning (resourcing, goals, compensation), insights, systems & tools, and data. This role sits within CSO and directly supports the Network function.  

Network is an end-to-end Commercial team within Lantern’s broader Commercial organization, which encompasses: 

1. Growth: adding new, high-quality providers to our Network, which is our core offering to the market and expands access to our 12 million members 
2. Implementation: once the contract is signed, enabling the new providers to be accessible to members in need of care quickly and effectively
3. Success: account management of our existing provider clients to ensure they are engaged, high-performing, and retained within the network 

Your Mission 

The Network team underpins Lantern’s differentiated Network of Excellence model, which enables the company to deliver lower-cost, higher-quality specialty care to millions of members across the US. By contracting with top-performing providers nationwide and pairing that network with concierge navigation and rigorous clinical analytics, you will be supporting the team that allows Lantern to reduce specialty care costs for employers and members, improve outcomes, and deliver a superior member experience. 

Reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations, the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Operations – Network Field Operations will serve as the primary strategic and operational partner to the SVP of Network and her leadership team. You will enable the SVP of Network to achieve her objectives through best-in-class annual planning, systems and AI-led automation, data capture, operating rhythms, insights, and day-to-day execution. 

You will act as both a thought partner and operator, translating strategy into execution across Growth, Implementation, and Success. You will build and run the Network Rhythm of the Business, including forecasting and client health, as well as developing the growth plans, financial models, and cross-functional dependencies to scale the Network team at Lantern. You will manage two individual contributors on the team to support these objectives. 

Ultimately, your work will directly impact Lantern’s ability to deliver care to members, win blue-chip employer clients, efficiently scale a function, and build a world-class business.

What You Will Do 

• Serve as the primary strategic and operational partner to SVP Network, joining her leadership team, influencing her decisions, and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Build, own, and defend the Network Annual Plan, including capacity models, quotas, compensation plans, KPIs, and operational priorities
• Design and lead the Network Rhythm of the Business, including forecasting, KPI reviews, and meeting cadences, anchored by clear and actionable reporting
• Partner with GTM Systems to define and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap for Network, including gathering detailed business requirements and advocating for high-impact improvements and builds
• Ensure strong data integrity and governance across Network workflows, enabling high trust in reporting and downstream partners
• Build new processes and ways of working in a fast-evolving environment, ensuring changes are successfully implemented and sustained
• Identify and operationalize AI use cases across Network workflows (e.g., forecasting, reporting, provider data hygiene), improving efficiency and decision-making
• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors, setting priorities, delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality output aligned to business impact 

What You Will Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
• 8-12 years of total professional experience, with a background that spans management consulting or investment banking and Business or Revenue Operations at a high-growth company
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, with prior experience building operational or financial models
• Highly analytical systems-thinker who connects the dots and recognizes the downstream impacts of changes within a system
• 1-3+ years of people management experience; strong mentorship/development, performance management, prioritization, and delegation skills
• Experience using and gathering Salesforce.com (SFDC) business requirements (note: SFDC administration experience not required)
• Experience applying AI or automation in business operations contexts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. The estimated salary range for New York based candidates is $140,000 - $180,000 plus annual discretionary bonus. 

Job Overview:

Lantern is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud. This role will drive major projects, enhance integrations, and ensure data integrity and automation to improve network productivity. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Network Sales, Territory Specialists, Commercial Strategy Ops, and Product.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Systems, you will:

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Health Cloud enhancements (e.g., Medscout integration, territory/account scoring, process automation, refactoring data models, and systematizing provider applications).
• Design, implement, and optimize complex automations (Flows, lightweight Apex) for Health Cloud objects like Network Contracts, Provider Relationships, and scoring logic.
• Manage external integrations (Medscout, Docusign) and partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance to achieve 100% compliance on all feature releases.
• Drive user adoption and subject matter expertise by hosting peer demos and office hours.
• Ensure network data quality through governance reports, dashboards, validations, and regular audits.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and data dictionaries for all major enhancements.

What You Will Bring

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years’ experience
• 2+ years’ experience with Data Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design (Flows & Apex)
• Ability to create clear, effective documentation of business processes
• Strong governance mindset with deep knowledge of data modeling and integrations
• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification strongly preferred
• Experience in medical or insurance-related industries with robust HIPAA compliance standards strongly preferred
