We are hiring an Account Manager, Emerging Accounts to join our Account Management team at EMARKETER.
EMARKETER is hiring an Account Manager to oversee a high-volume, automation-only territory of ~137 accounts valued at ~$2M in ARR. This role is designed for someone who moves quickly, thinks in systems, and thrives managing scale through automation while still driving strong commercial outcomes.
The Account Manager will manage a diverse portfolio spanning government, higher education, financial services, media, and B2B organizations. The territory includes a long tail of small-to-mid-sized customers alongside a meaningful concentration of institutional accounts, all supported primarily through scalable, automated workflows rather than traditional high-touch engagement.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations.

We’re hiring a Manager, Account Management to join our Account Management team at EMARKETER.
We’re looking for a sales-minded, data-driven people leader to manage and scale a high-volume Account Management function.
As Manager, Account Management, you’ll lead a team of four Account Managers overseeing a $4.5M book across 380+ accounts, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and strategic prioritization. This team focuses on emerging accounts, primarily SMB customers with 1–500 employees, operating in a high-velocity sales environment. You’ll partner closely with Account Management leadership, RevOps, Product, and an automation-focused Account Manager to help refine and scale AI-driven renewal workflows across the portfolio.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations.

We’re hiring Customer Success Managers to join our Account Management team at EMARKETER.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with Fortune 100 brands and leading technology clients to drive engagement, adoption, and long-term value from their EMARKETER subscription.
These roles sit at the intersection of customer experience, revenue, and product adoption. You will bridge sales activity and ongoing support, contribute to renewals and upsell opportunities, and play a key role in improving customer engagement, CSAT, and NPS outcomes. You will report to a senior leader within our Account Management organization and collaborate closely with Account Directors, Sales Operations, and Support teams.
