Title: Marketing Coordinator - EMEA

Position Summary
The Coordinator, Marketing, International role will support the e.l.f. Cosmetics & e.l.f. SKIN 360 EMEA marketing plans, understanding the needs of the brand, consumer, Channel Owners (paid, owned, earned), and retailers to deliver rich storytelling across our channels, that radiate consistency at every touchpoint. This role will be based in London but focus on EMEA.
Responsibilities
BRAND MARKETING: Support bringing our 360 go-to-market calendars to life through cross functional collaboration. Brief creative agencies on campaigns and cultural moments throughout the year. Partner with creative agencies on asset requests.
• RETAILER MARKETING: Serve as the day-to-day contact for retailer marketing teams. Manage briefing assets for retailer marketing campaigns. Partner with the Brand Manager EMEA on strong 360 retailer marketing campaigns.
• SAMPLING: Lead sampling activations from end to end (brief, budget, execution) to drive trial and bring new consumers into the brand. Work with demand planning to forecast samples based on marketing plans. Partner with sampling agencies and serve as the day-to-day contact.
• TIMELINE MANAGEMENT & TRACKING: Partner with Project Managers to lead the communication of timelines and key updates to drive the 360 go-to-market launch timelines. Track retailer marketing and sampling campaigns success and budgets.
Requirements
- Consider e.l.f. marketing calendar and consumer mindset, trends and seasonal opportunities
- Assist with writing creative copy, fit for social media and embodying the e.l.f. and local market tone of voice
- Monitor cultural, beauty, and digital trends to fuel creative thinking and keep e.l.f. at the forefront of the conversation
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Social Media PR, Paid Media, Creative, and Retail, to ensure consistent storytelling and amplification.
- Be confident filming and self-filming for e.l.f. social channels if and when required, to support wider business need e.g. in-store moments, product reviews, trends and retailer collaborations
- 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition
- Fluent in German and English
- Beauty industry background is an advantage
- Ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh ideas based in telling a rich brand narrative
- Ability to leverage consumer insights & data to inform innovation pipeline and growth opportunities.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies, while also demonstrating calm under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills; able to convey thoughts clearly through compelling PowerPoint presentations; able to present with poise, confidence & enthusiasm at an executive level
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints
- Genuine passion for beauty and following beauty trends; among the first to know about new beauty launches
- Ability to travel across Europe
The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager role will support the e.l.f. Cosmetics & e.l.f. Responsibilities
MARKETING VISION & STORYTELLING: Set the vision & strategy for our 360 go-to-market calendar, declaring primary, secondary, seasonal, differentiated stories based on business priorities and innovation big bets. Marketing programs support the needs of regional and international markets.
MARKETING TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead the marketing channel teams in 360 execution -- organize and collaborate with all cross-functional teams to build robust end-to-end programs: strong marketing briefs based in rich brand stories to set the vision, align content needs of all channel owners, and ensure campaigns are coming to life across channels with impact.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with cross functional partners (including Creative, Digital, IMC, Operations, & Sales) to bring brand strategy and storytelling to life from concept through execution.
360 INTEGRATION: Champion a 360 integrated standard that builds seamless integration internally, delivers a frictionless experience to our consumer, drives consistent branding across all touch points, and ensures campaigns are implemented as directed.
PRESENTATION BUILDING & EXECUTIVE PRESENCE: Lead the development of internal & retailer presentations, including launch playbooks that consolidate product launch details, message hierarchy, marketing concept, visual assets, and go-to-market strategy. Strong PowerPoint and/or Keynote visual skills are required as well as ability to present materials at an executive level.
TIMELINE MANAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP: Partner with a Project Managers to lead the communication of timelines and key updates to drive the 360 go-to-market launch timelines.

Position Summary
We are currently looking for a motivated, collaborative, and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic, high-growth company. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, this position will be located in the market and will focus on our business growth in the EU across the key mass cosmetics retailers. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces e.l.f.’s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions.
Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed brand objectives and sales goals
• A clear understanding of dynamics of assigned accounts and local market specifics to help set overall account strategy and priorities (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade marketing calendar)
• Identify and execute business-building initiatives to grow market shares, rankings, and profitability
• Ensure a strong visual presence in-store and on retailer.com
• Forecast ability on a monthly basis as well as provide feedback on over and/or under-delivery of goals
• Assortment and Planogram work in conjunction with the Space Planning team
• Manage various parts of the P&L like sales revenue, trade margins and A&P among others and will be responsible for the monthly and annual forecast planning
• Strong sales, influence and collaboration skills and the ability to develop and execute sales meetings and product training for assigned accounts
• Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events
Requirements
• Candidates will need to be based in the local country being managed, be fluent in the German and English, Polish would be an advantage
