The Role

EDO is building the standard for measuring advertising effectiveness across TV and streaming. As a Backend Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of 5 engineers building Ad EnGage, the data pipeline at the heart of that mission, processing petabytes of TV recordings and billions of rows of engagement data so advertisers can make critical decisions about their advertising strategy. You'll stay close to the code using a stack built on AWS, Python, Ruby, MySQL, and Snowflake, and work with the team to ensure the reliability and scale of the whole system.

What You Will Do

• Be a hands-on manager of a team of 5; act as a player-coach; stay close to the details of project work while supporting your team members as full owners, amplifying the impact of their work
• Lead cross-functional development of complex new features and capabilities, coordinating across the Data Science, Infrastructure, Front End, and Data Quality teams
• Elevate a team of driven engineers, mentoring them through their next phase of technical and professional growth
• Solve backend engineering challenges at the intersection of massive datasets, demanding product requirements, and the need for automation and scalability

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of backend engineering experience and at least 2 years of experience leading teams
• A self-driven individual who eagerly takes ownership of projects and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling in fast-moving environments
• Strong track record hiring and growing an engineering team
• Someone who balances macro-level team leadership with hands-on mentorship in design and coding
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to efficiently deliver good outcomes in open-ended situations with challenging engineering and business tradeoffs
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, cloud computing, and background job processing
• Previous industry experience working with TV or other advertising data is a plus

The Role

EDO is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help accelerate our shift toward a platform model. This is a senior IC role on the Infrastructure team focused on paved paths, reusable infrastructure patterns, and self-service workflows that help software, data, and machine learning engineers ship safely and efficiently.

Our environment is AWS-heavy and data-intensive, with heavy use of EC2, RDS, S3, SageMaker, MWAA/Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Chef, Terraform, Spacelift, and emerging ECS/container patterns. The right person has strong AWS and infrastructure-as-code fundamentals, prior exposure to platform engineering practices, and the pragmatism to modernize existing systems without assuming everything should be rebuilt from scratch.

We approach infrastructure as an internal product: understanding engineers’ needs, prioritizing high-leverage platform capabilities, and iterating on tools and workflows that make teams faster, safer, and more self-sufficient.

What You Will Do

• Build and evolve EDO's internal platform capabilities: paved paths, reusable infrastructure modules, deployment standards, documentation, and self-service workflows.
• Own and improve Terraform and Spacelift-based infrastructure workflows, including module design, reviews, approvals, drift detection, and guardrails.
• Modernize existing AWS infrastructure, including EC2- and Chef-based systems, while helping teams adopt more standardized and repeatable patterns over time.
• Support production data and ML platform infrastructure, including MWAA/Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, SageMaker, S3, RDS, and related AWS services.
• Partner with software, data, and ML engineers as internal customers, turning recurring infrastructure needs into scalable platform capabilities rather than one-off support work.
• Improve deployment, CI/CD, observability, alerting, and incident response practices so teams can operate production systems with greater confidence.
• Expand pragmatic ECS/container deployment patterns where they create value, without treating Kubernetes as the default answer.
• Participate in a lightweight on-call rotation and use operational learnings to reduce toil, improve reliability, and strengthen the platform.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or similar roles.
• Experience building, operating, or contributing to an internal developer platform, infrastructure platform, developer productivity team, or similar platform-oriented function.
• Strong production experience with AWS, especially EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, networking, load balancing, and related operational patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tooling, including reusable modules and multi-environment patterns.
• Comfort working in a data-heavy environment and supporting technologies such as Airflow/MWAA, Snowflake, dbt, SageMaker, S3, and RDS.
• Product-minded approach to infrastructure: able to understand engineer pain points, prioritize high-impact platform work, document paved paths, and iterate based on adoption and feedback.
• Strong operational judgment, including debugging production systems, improving observability, and building platform patterns that support reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with Spacelift or similar IaC orchestration platforms such as Terraform Cloud or Atlantis.
• Experience helping an organization adopt platform engineering practices, including paved paths, golden paths, service templates, and developer-facing documentation.
• Experience with Chef, AWS cost management, security/compliance-driven infrastructure, or production ML/data science infrastructure.

The Role

EDO is hiring a Solution Engineer to operate as a high-impact, hybrid problem solver across data engineering, analytics, and product. You will be the "technical fixer" responsible for solving urgent data issues, delivering rapid analysis, and building scalable solutions. The Role

The Role

As a Principal Product Manager, Data Products at EDO, you will own the strategy, development, and evolution of EDO’s core data products — the foundational datasets, metrics, and data models that power our analytics, measurement, and client-facing applications.

You will sit at the center of Product, Data Science, and Engineering, ensuring that EDO’s data is reliable, scalable, and usable across the organization. The Role

As a Principal Product Manager, Client Analytics & Measurement at EDO, you will own the strategy, development, and governance of our client-facing analytics products. You will translate complex data and advanced measurement methodologies into clear, scalable, and actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Media Analytics, and Client Success to define how EDO’s data is transformed into dashboards, reports, and decision frameworks. The Role

Work alongside EDO’s Media Partnership commercial leaders to drive deeper, proactive and more strategic engagement with high-priority sell-side clients - with a goal of solidifying renewals and enabling business growth via upsells and product expansion.  

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain maps of contacts at target accounts, identifying roles, teams, contact information and reporting structure.  
• Proactively engage with target clients, expand client network and drive greater awareness of and engagement with EDO across key sell-side accounts.
• Position EDO as a key strategic partner to ad sales teams and drive advocacy and support across all levels of the client’s organization.
• Understand key challenges and opportunities of ad sales, product and research/insights teams at major media companies, and develop strategies for EDO to address challenges and support opportunities (includes pricing, growing market share, and penetrating new brands).

The Role

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-85,000 PLUS equity in a mid-stage company and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, experience, location and the level of education attained of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
