The national average annual salary for this role is $100,000 – 120,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.

Overview

The Assistant Client Manager supports the servicing and administration of Property & Casualty insurance accounts while developing foundational knowledge of insurance operations, client service, and agency systems.

Position Overview
The Junior Account Executive is responsible for supporting and servicing a portfolio of insurance and captive accounts by combining technical underwriting support with proactive client service and account coordination. This role partners closely with Account Executives, Directors, and Client Service teams to ensure high-quality delivery throughout the renewal and policy lifecycle. This position is suited for an insurance professional with a strong foundation in underwriting concepts and client account management who is seeking continued growth within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day servicing, retention, and administration of assigned insurance and captive accounts.
• Serve as a primary contact for routine client requests, including certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, policy documentation, and account updates.
• Assist in the identification, analysis, and documentation of client insurance exposures and loss experience.
• Support underwriting and program structures by preparing quote specifications, coverage summaries, collateral analysis, and supporting data.
• Assist with renewal and new business cycles by maintaining timelines, preparing renewal planners, and coordinating deliverables.
• Prepare client-facing materials including proposals, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Upon client acceptance, assist with binding coverage, issuing policy documents, invoicing, and monitoring payments to avoid cancellation.
• Review contracts and insurance requirements to identify coverage gaps, compliance concerns, and potential errors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within Salesforce and internal systems.
• Coordinate account activity across internal departments, external service providers, carriers, and regulators as needed.
• Assist with preparation of corporate governance documentation, meeting minutes, and regulatory deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and insurance industry experience preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in insurance account management, underwriting support, brokerage, or client services.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage forms, underwriting principles, and renewal processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, and other web-based systems.
• Insurance license or progress toward licensure preferred, but not required.
Physical Demands

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Identify and coordinate EB commission payments from carriers (checks, EFTs or ACHs)
• Follow up with carriers, branch offices for commission statements or retrieve from online portals
• Maintain portal logins as well as signing up for new logins as needed
• Batch and forward carrier payments and commission statements to outsourcing partner for posting
• Coordinate commission posting with other EPIC offices
• Research and resolve EB exceptions from outsourcing partner
• Research and respond to any EB inquiries from branch offices
• Update and maintain EB commission revenue logs
• Post month end cut-off commissions in-house as needed
• Process commission refunds to carriers
• Allocate and post contingent commissions
• Assist as back up for other A/R team members as needed
• Other duties and projects assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Must have beginner to intermediate excel skills. Must have a strong knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office computer software applications in word processing, excel spreadsheets, PDF and email communication. Able to research insurance carrier websites for pertinent information.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, demands and adaptable to change.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Strong Communication skills. Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

The Personal Lines Client Insurance Coordinator / Liaison serves as the central resource responsible for overseeing all insurance matters across GFO client households. This role ensures that policies are properly maintained, coverage is regularly evaluated, claims are managed effectively, and insurance records remain accurate across all firm systems.
The position operates at the intersection of client service, risk management, and operations. The coordinator works closely with clients, advisors, and insurance agents to monitor policies, review coverage alternatives, track premiums, and maintain complete documentation. This is a BRAND NEW ROLE within our Galway Family Office team! While the team's main focus and services are around tax and business management services for high-net worth clients, their services also include assisting with clients with getting, maintaining, and managing their personal insurance needs.
The Personal Lines Client Insurance Coordinator / Liaison serves as the central resource responsible for overseeing all insurance matters across GFO client households. This role ensures that policies are properly maintained, coverage is regularly evaluated, claims are managed effectively, and insurance records remain accurate across all firm systems.
The position operates at the intersection of client service, risk management, and operations. The coordinator works closely with clients, advisors, and insurance agents to monitor policies, review coverage alternatives, track premiums, and maintain complete documentation. The goal is to help clients maintain appropriate protection while ensuring the firm manages insurance matters in a consistent, organized, and proactive manner.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
• Extensive knowledge of PBM, specialty pharmacy or managed care environments (5-7 years minimum experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and client relationship management experience.
• Ability to develop strategies and implement programs for large client Rx and medical benefit programs
• Strong clinical and financial analysis skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Pharmacy background with bachelor’s degree; MBA or PharmD/RPh strongly preferred

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Analytics Technology Solutions Lead (Data & Analytics Solutions Consultant) who builds things that influence insurance deal cycles. This is not a mere data engineering or infrastructure role. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade analytics applications that support placement decisions, benchmark limits and pricing, and give clients a clearer view of their risk across Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits.
Your work spans the full delivery cycle: translating broker and BA requirements into technical specifications, architecting data pipelines, building Python Dash applications and maintaining the critical data & analytics infrastructure. By operationalizing intelligent dashboards and actuarial models, you create best self-service experience and provide client-ready deliverables accelerating operational efficiency and increasing sales velocity for the enterprise.
If you are a hands-on builder with creative imagination, comfortable leveraging modern development tools including AI-assisted coding environments to produce production grade codes, love troubleshooting and solving problems, and understand actuarial intricacies of the business, you will thrive in this role!

COMPENSATION:
The national average salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
