The national average annual salary for this role is $100,000 – 120,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.

Overview

The Assistant Client Manager supports the servicing and administration of Property & Casualty insurance accounts while developing foundational knowledge of insurance operations, client service, and agency systems.

Position Overview
The Junior Account Executive is responsible for supporting and servicing a portfolio of insurance and captive accounts by combining technical underwriting support with proactive client service and account coordination. This role partners closely with Account Executives, Directors, and Client Service teams to ensure high-quality delivery throughout the renewal and policy lifecycle. This position is suited for an insurance professional with a strong foundation in underwriting concepts and client account management who is seeking continued growth within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day servicing, retention, and administration of assigned insurance and captive accounts.
• Serve as a primary contact for routine client requests, including certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, policy documentation, and account updates.
• Assist in the identification, analysis, and documentation of client insurance exposures and loss experience.
• Support underwriting and program structures by preparing quote specifications, coverage summaries, collateral analysis, and supporting data.
• Assist with renewal and new business cycles by maintaining timelines, preparing renewal planners, and coordinating deliverables.
• Prepare client-facing materials including proposals, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Upon client acceptance, assist with binding coverage, issuing policy documents, invoicing, and monitoring payments to avoid cancellation.
• Review contracts and insurance requirements to identify coverage gaps, compliance concerns, and potential errors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within Salesforce and internal systems.
• Coordinate account activity across internal departments, external service providers, carriers, and regulators as needed.
• Assist with preparation of corporate governance documentation, meeting minutes, and regulatory deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and insurance industry experience preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in insurance account management, underwriting support, brokerage, or client services.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage forms, underwriting principles, and renewal processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, and other web-based systems.
• Insurance license or progress toward licensure preferred, but not required.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Private Client Associate is responsible for supporting the Private Client Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to our Private Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work as a team with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and other team members to meet the needs of our Private Client customers by assisting with account reviews, quoting, billing inquiries, and other tasks as needed.
• Field and respond promptly to client inquiries via, phone, mail and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our carrier’s websites and utilize the sites to secure accurate and timely information for our clients.
• Document all communications with clients and carriers in a prompt manner. Records must reflect the most current status at all times.
• Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service and quality standards.
• Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
• Work as a team and contribute to the team effort by openly sharing insurance knowledge.
• Become a student of the business. Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• College graduate or experience equivalent
• P&C Insurance License required / Can be obtained once hired

The Consultant is a key member of EPIC’s Life, Absence & Disability (LAD) practice and supports the delivery of client engagements across group life, disability, and absence/leave programs.

This role serves as a day-to-day consulting partner for assigned accounts, helping execute strategy, develop client-ready deliverables, and coordinate vendor and project activities to ensure high-quality outcomes. Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late
Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including:

JOB OVERVIEW:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Identify and coordinate EB commission payments from carriers (checks, EFTs or ACHs)
• Follow up with carriers, branch offices for commission statements or retrieve from online portals
• Maintain portal logins as well as signing up for new logins as needed
• Batch and forward carrier payments and commission statements to outsourcing partner for posting
• Coordinate commission posting with other EPIC offices
• Research and resolve EB exceptions from outsourcing partner
• Research and respond to any EB inquiries from branch offices
• Update and maintain EB commission revenue logs
• Post month end cut-off commissions in-house as needed
• Process commission refunds to carriers
• Allocate and post contingent commissions
• Assist as back up for other A/R team members as needed
• Other duties and projects assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Must have beginner to intermediate excel skills. Must have a strong knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office computer software applications in word processing, excel spreadsheets, PDF and email communication. Able to research insurance carrier websites for pertinent information.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, demands and adaptable to change.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Strong Communication skills. Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s in business administration preferred
• Insurance accounting experience preferred
COMPENSATION:

SUMMARY:
The Senior Client Manager works with and supports Producers, Client Advocates, Client Executives and the account team to manage client service delivery throughout the insurance renewal and policy period on an assigned book of business largely comprised of Charter Schools. The role is client facing and team focused, using professional skills in commercial property and casualty insurance to enhance and expand large and complex client relationships. This position is a senior, client-facing role responsible for directly supporting Property & Casualty Insurance client relationship management efforts. The position supports and coordinates service activity and is a key member of the client service team, responsible for delivery of the program-level strategy and providing consultation to clients.
This position mentors a client service team through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development. This position assists Commercial Lines Account Managers in the various units on a daily basis as needed; with primary responsibilities of issuing Certificates of Insurance, processing Audits and Endorsements, along with other various responsibilities.

The Insurance Senior Marketing Account Executive's (aka Broker or Placement Specialist) is involved throughout the life of the policy - not just at point of new business or renewal, but throughout the year. • Assumes ownership of customer concerns and feedback through successful resolution
• Manages renewal process from start through close
• Client facing Insurance Professional
• Ability and confidence to manage renewal and program updates throughout the year for large, complex clients with limited oversight
• Train, develop, and delegate to marketing associates for assistance in efficiently completing renewals and ongoing program management
• Attends pre-renewal meetings and discusses renewal exposures and strategy with service team.
• Remarkets accounts as needed per pre-renewal meetings and obtains quotes with other carriers to confirm that the client’s current program is best product option for accounts.
• Negotiates renewals with carriers and reviews quotes for accuracy.
• Prepares proposals, applications and other necessary policy records and submits applications and renewals to eligible and appropriate carriers; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies
• Binds coverage within company guidelines, maintains accurate and complete files on all policies written, and updates system
• Verifies policy and policy changes information
• Fields and responds promptly to inquiries from client, carriers, and Producers
• Conducts pre-audit analysis and meets with client and carrier personnel at audits and inspections when requested or needed
• Prioritizes work flow and follows standard procedures for processing applications, policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits and cancellations
• Assists with the retention of renewing accounts and looks for new sales opportunities by cross-selling and rounding out accounts
• Complies with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards
• Serves as a resource to others in the department or organization for assistance with processes, procedures and knowledge of insurance
• May assist with training of other service staff
• Participate in the process of acquiring new business as needed which may include travel to prospective client offices
• Responsible for at least one area of responsibility within marketing team for efficient management and training of all marketing account executives
• Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a commercial agency in client service and/or marketing
• Valid Property & Casualty License
• Maintain and manage required licensing continuing education requirements
• Advanced insurance designation preferred: AAI or CIC
• Proficiency with Microsoft products; ability to effectively use other account management tools including Sagitta and ImageRight
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to assess insurance coverage needs and make recommendations
• Thorough understanding of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverages and risk analysis
• Must be detail oriented, excel in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines and work with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Goal oriented and highly self-motivated and resourceful to achieve results
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
