Role: Environmental Compliance Specialist, EMEA
Summary:
The EMEA Environmental Compliance Specialist (ECS) is responsible for owning operational environmental and regulatory compliance and permitting for EdgeConneX Data Centers in the EMEA region. This role provides hands-on compliance support for operating and expanding facilities, including the interpretation of EU environmental directives, national permitting regimes, and site-specific permit conditions. The ECS works closely with operations, engineering, construction, and external regulators to ensure environmental requirements are integrated into and adhered to in day-to-day operations and project execution. This role is not entry level and requires prior experience applying European environmental regulations in an operational environment.
The ECS must possess excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, including sustainability regulations, and experience in risk analysis and team collaboration for complex and technical projects.

The Assistant Campus Manager will work directly with the Campus Manger, Regional Manager or Regional Director to monitor, maintain and support EdgeConneX data centers throughout an assigned region. This requires leading scheduled preventive maintenance activities, performing unscheduled maintenance, and supporting any customer requests. He or she will also help manage facility expansions and improvement, new MEP capacity expansions or repairs, and utility upgrades. This position reports to the Campus Manager, Regional Manager or Regional Director of Operations and will be expected to work closely with the other Regional Managers, Peers, Customer Installation Project Managers and with contract vendors to accomplish their tasks.

Title: Systems Engineer
EdgeConneX is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to support the global enterprise infrastructure. The candidate will play a critical role in deploying, managing and supporting our global virtual and physical server infrastructure, as well as assisting with the configuration and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure. This role requires a self-motivated & proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. This position is based in Amsterdam at our Schiphol-Rijk data center, but can be flexible to one day per week remote. This position could also require as much as 10-20% travel regionally within EMEA to support critical issues.

Role: Senior Content and Proposal Manager
The Senior Content and Proposal Manager will coordinate and manage EdgeConneX’s submissions in response to Customers’ Requests for Information/Requests for Quote/Requests for Proposals (RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc.), assembling and directing the work of a cross-functional team to combine the relevant service, product, and business knowledge required for EdgeConneX to win. Working directly with the Company’s senior leadership, this individual will be relied upon to deliver critical information and recommendations to support the decision-making process of the firm. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for helping to maintain the accuracy and relevance of data within the Company’s content management software. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure, and meet challenging deadlines. This person must possess advanced communication and presentation skills, and an ability to focus on details while also seeing the broader picture.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Content and Proposal Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes. As such, the Manager will (i) coordinate RFIs/RFPs through the project/content management software, (ii) create, design, and edit all finalized Proposal Responses and other Customer-facing documentation issued by EdgeConneX, including presentations in PowerPoint, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets, (ii) communicate progress on Responses to management, and (iii) maintain the Company’s internally available content within the tool.
In many situations, the Proposal Manager will be working on multiple deliverables at the same time under strict deadlines. As necessary, the Proposal Manager will continue to support the business development/sales teams through contract signing.
