About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader with strong operational acumen and a high degree of flexibility to serve as a Market Support Manager. In this role, you’ll be assigned a regional territory and be embedded on-site at various DashMart locations to support high-priority initiatives, stabilize operations, and provide interim leadership as needed. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves to lead teams, and enjoys solving problems on the ground.

• Lead On-Site: Travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states and serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership. Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates. Set the tone for culture, safety, and performance during every assignment. Assignment duration will be dependent on the unique circumstances of the site.
• Stabilize and Scale: Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks.
• Own Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Monitor P&L performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.
• Support Growth and Change: Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, special projects, market expansion efforts, and share insights on key learnings from coverage assignments.
• Drive Process Improvements: Use data and insights to design and execute improvements to workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices.

In this position, you will be expected to be on site nearly 100% of your 5 work days per week (days of week are flexible per needs of the site)

• You are data-driven, with strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or similar tools to drive decisions.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in Leadership, Operations, Consulting, Logistics, Strategy, or a related field.
• Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

• Have launched new business units or scaled operations from zero to one
• Bring warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment center experience

Customers order their convenience, grocery, retail, and prepared foods in the DoorDash app, and our team members fulfill orders in a real, brick-and-mortar store for Dashers to deliver. We’re open early and close late - some sites even run 24/7!

About the Role

DashMart is looking for a motivated and experienced individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments and is excited to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations.  In this role, you will work within a local fulfillment center supporting Site Management running great shifts, and delegating tasks. As a Shift Lead, you will have shift responsibility for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment and maintaining inventory, and in some locations, this involves preparing food in a light-prep kitchen.

• You have the ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate. (DoorDash will provide this training)
• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college diploma is even better but not required. 
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You're organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• You have flexibility in your schedule. Depending upon the scheduling needs of the hiring site, you can be available for a number of different shifts a week.

The Platform Account Development team drives adoption and growth of the DoorDash Commerce Platform across our SMB restaurant segment (≤150 locations). We partner closely with Account Management to understand each merchant’s first-party growth goals and activate the right mix of Commerce Platform solutions - including Online Ordering to accelerate their success. About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Development Representative, you will support our Platform team – which focuses on helping merchants adopt DoorDash’s Platform solutions, such as Online Ordering and other growth products. In this role, you’ll own the early stages of the sales motion – engaging merchants through high-volume, targeted outreach to uncover needs, identify decision makers, and qualify interest in additional products. You’ll work closely with Account Development partners to generate and advance pipeline, ensuring opportunities are clearly scoped and positioned for deeper sales engagement.
