The Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Americas team and help accelerate pipeline across our highest-priority markets. Reporting into the Americas Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of the programmes and channels that move prospects through the funnel from first touch to conversion and beyond.
Day-to-day, this means running digital-first ABM campaigns to win new accounts, nurturing our existing user community to drive activation and retention, and supporting field and event activity across the region. You’ll work closely with Sales to keep marketing tightly connected to revenue goals, and collaborate with the broader global marketing team to ensure everything you do is consistent with our brand and product story.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable analysing campaign data as they are briefing creative. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, know how to build demand through a multi-channel mix and want to make a direct impact on business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

This is the the basic salary range for U.S. based candidates: USD $80-90,000
Compensation for candidates based outside the U.S. will be determined in line with local market benchmarks and internal equity

About the role
We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team as maternity cover. If you are passionate about crafting stories about the world’s most exciting events and experiences and driving commercial results - then this role is for you!
You will lead our content marketing efforts, working with our Content Marketing Manager, Senior Growth and Digital Marketing Managers, and our Global VP of Marketing to plan, curate and execute the content marketing strategy and drive leads down the funnel, ideating and executing content that supports demand generation activities, product launches, PR, awards, SEO strategy, events, and wider brand-building.
You will work directly with Disguise customers and users from around the world, helping to bring their stories to life across case studies, spotlight blogs, press interviews, videos and more, shining a light on how the Disguise platform is solving challenges for our target audiences. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders in the wider business, from Product and Sales, to R&D and Technical Solutions to inform thought leadership and ensure we are creating exciting, impactful and educational content for our community.

We are looking for someone who can take us from 0 to 1 on architecting and launching a self-service flywheel to take that software into the world of smaller shows, nightclubs, independent operators, and other large markets where our high-touch sales team can't reach.
The Head of Growth is the strategic engine behind disguise’s evolution into a software-led powerhouse. Your mission is to "game and grow" our software user base by obsessing over the entire ecosystem. You will move beyond traditional marketing to architect a data-driven growth machine that converts the global community of visual artists and operators into high-value, long-term users of our X1 product and the Octopus platform.
You don't just watch the funnel; you design the mechanics of it—using telemetry, behavioral psychology, and product-led strategies to turn our software into a self-scaling revenue engine.
You think in journeys, not campaigns. You’re obsessed with understanding where users drop off, why they convert, and what makes them come back.
You’re excited by the shift from hardware-first to a software-led ecosystem and you want to help build the growth model that powers it.
