Discord's IT function is at an inflection point. We have a strong support team, and now we need a leader who can build an engineering discipline on top of it. This role reports to the Head of Security & IT and owns the full IT surface: identity and access, endpoint and device trust, SaaS governance, workplace infrastructure, and internal tooling. Your mandate is to transform how IT operates — a fundamental shift from reactive support into a team that writes code, ships automation, and builds the platforms that a top-tier engineering company deserves.

This is a building role, not a maintenance role. You'll inherit a functioning support operation and a set of tools that work, but the engineering layer doesn't exist yet. You're here to create it, build the muscle to automate, integrate, and ship to help Discord scale. This is a high-visibility role where your contributions will directly influence how Discord navigates complex, multi-jurisdictional tax challenges during a period of rapid global growth.

Today, we have a set of data dashboards that help our top game developer and publisher partners understand their audiences and measure the performance of their Discord surface areas. But there’s no dedicated product owner for this service, end-to-end. That means analytics roadmap decisions get fragmented across the team, partner feedback on data products doesn’t have a clear home, and we’re underinvesting in one of the highest-leverage tools we offer.

This Product Manager owns the B2B Platform Analytics product head-to-tail: strategy, roadmap, stakeholder alignment and execution. We are looking for a Director, Developer Solutions who is passionate about building partnerships in the games industry that accelerate adoption of Discord’s engagement and monetization solutions (social sdk, analytics, commerce, collectibles). A critical part of doing that is making sure the right integrity infrastructure grows alongside it, and that's where Trust & Safety Strategy & Operations comes in. We're hiring a founding member of Ads Policy Operations to help us get it right from the start. This is a zero-to-1 role: you won't be inheriting a playbook, you'll be writing it.

A Day In The Life

The Social Commerce team is building a storefront for game developers to sell directly to their players in Discord. This is a new initiative that has seen a lot of early success, and we're expanding it to support more games and platforms. But we're not just building a shop — Discord is where friends already hang out, play together, and share the things they love. We are building commerce experiences that no other platform can: purchasing that's social, contextual, and embedded in the games people already play and places they already spend time.

This is a hands-on engineering management role. You'll lead a team of full-stack engineers while staying close to the code yourself — reviewing PRs, debugging production issues, fixing bugs, and occasionally shipping features alongside your team. Discord is looking for a Legal Vendor Program Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will own the strategic and operational management of Discord's relationships with outside counsel and other legal service providers. You'll administer our e-billing and matter management platforms, manage outside counsel engagements, enforce billing guidelines, conduct spend analysis, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely. You will drive accountability, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence across Discord's law firm engagements and build the processes and tools that allow our legal vendor operations to scale. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of security engineers who will build and implement application security tools and services, perform secure design reviews and threat modeling, and provide guidance on secure development at Discord.
• Secure our code and development process from IDE to production.
• Scale detection and remediation of security vulnerabilities..
• Work with other Discord teams to limit security exposure to our users, while also shaking out security bugs before they enter production.

What you should have
