Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Commercial Content & Enablement Specialist (12 month Fixed-Term Contract) to join our Galway team. This is a hands-on, highly creative role that works best in person at least three days a week, partnering closely with Commercial, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership.

This person owns the lifecycle of commercial-facing content. From initial concept to final asset. From quick turn battlecards to fully built commercial plays inside our LMS. It’s structured and scrappy at the same time. You’ll design, build, refine, and evolve the assets our commercial teams rely on every day.

And just as importantly, you’ll actively explore how AI can accelerate, automate, and elevate that work. We are not looking for someone who simply builds slides. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, leverages AI intentionally, and continuously improves how content gets created and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content ownership: Act as the central owner for commercial enablement assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with sales strategy.
• Commercial play development: Build structured commercial plays within our LMS (e.g., Thought Industries), including talk tracks, value messaging, objection handling, and supporting materials.
• Battlecards & competitive tools: Design and maintain clear, concise battlecards that arm sellers with competitive differentiation and positioning guidance.
• Presentation development: Create high-impact presentation decks tailored for commercial use cases, including customer-facing and internal enablement materials.
• Knowledge hub management: Build and maintain Workiva information pages or internal content hubs, ensuring content is intuitive, accessible, and current.
• eLearning development: Design and build engaging eLearning modules using various authoring tools. Continuously refine content for clarity, adoption, and retention.
• Visual asset creation: Edit and create images, videos diagrams, and visual aids to support storytelling and learning outcomes.
• AI integration & experimentation: Proactively explore and implement AI tools to streamline content creation, automate repetitive workflows, generate first drafts, summarize insights, and improve personalization at scale.
• Process optimization: Identify opportunities to standardize templates, reduce duplication, and automate asset updates.
• Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product Marketing, and Sales Leaders to translate strategy into practical, usable content.
• Content governance: Maintain version control, update cycles, and quality standards across all commercial-facing assets.
• Measurement & iteration: Gather feedback from end users and iterate content to increase usability, engagement, and impact.
• Event support: Develop materials for key company events, including Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and regional commercial meetings.

Required Experience/Skills:

• 2+ years in content development, sales enablement, instructional design, marketing, or a related field in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience building commercial assets such as plays, battlecards, decks, or eLearning programs
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools
• Strong visual and content design skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Experience using AI tools in a practical, workflow-oriented way. Not just experimenting, but applying them to increase speed, quality, and scalability
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder input

Position Overview:

In this AI-focused GTM Enablement internship, you’ll work on real projects that directly impact how our global revenue teams operate. Your primary focus will be designing and building an internal AI-powered localization agent that helps teams around the world quickly adapt Commercial Plays and sales materials into multiple languages. You’ll partner closely with our AI mentor to shape prompts, workflow logic, and document standards, then test your agent with users and iterate based on feedback—ultimately shipping a tool that will be used globally. You’ll also develop an AI-assisted reporting workflow that turns session attendance and feedback into clear insights, trends, and “key takeaway” summaries that business leaders can easily consume and use.

Alongside these AI projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a global SaaS go‑to‑market organization. You’ll support our GTM Enablement team with essential coordination and administrative tasks—such as scheduling enablement sessions, managing calendars, and keeping communications organized—while also helping maintain and improve our internal resource libraries (playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks, and more). This combination of strategic AI work and practical enablement support gives you a unique, end‑to‑end view of how product positioning, sales enablement, and performance measurement come together to drive commercial success.

• Support the development and delivery of enablement programs, resources, and training for GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners).
• Coordinate and execute enablement sessions (virtual and in-person), including managing attendee registration, communications, follow‑ups, and feedback surveys.
• Assist with core administrative support such as scheduling, calendar coordination, and general operational tasks to keep programs running smoothly.
• Lead and support AI‑focused projects that enhance automation and scalability across GTM Enablement workflows.
• Participate in special projects related to product launches, GTM strategy, and process optimization.

Position Overview:

This internship offers a unique opportunity for you to own and improve the partner enablement experience at Diligent. Working at the intersection of operations, enablement, and applied AI, you will coordinate end-to-end partner certification experiences, ensure partners can easily access and use the latest enablement and go-to-market content, and support the operational backbone of our partner programs. By managing logistics, communications, and feedback loops, you will help deliver timely, organized certification journeys and clear, consistent outcomes for partners—directly impacting partner readiness and effectiveness.

In addition, you will explore and support AI-enabled enhancements to streamline certification workflows, localize content, and improve the overall learner experience. You will research and test AI-driven solutions, validate systems before partner launch, and recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort for the enablement team. Alongside this, you will contribute to broader partner program and enablement operations, including internal updates, engagement tracking, and coordination for partner-facing teams—ideal if you think in systems, love simplifying complexity, and want hands-on experience in enablement, partner programs, and real-world AI applications.

• AI & Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation and experimentation of AI capabilities within Academy to automate certification submissions, improve content navigation, and personalize the learner experience. Assist in identifying, prototyping, and testing AI-driven solutions (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent tagging, chat-based support, or personalized recommendations) to improve efficiency and partner engagement.
• Partner Program Support: Assist with the administration and coordination of partner enablement initiatives, including certifications and ongoing training for external partners. Support the use of AI tools to streamline partner communications, onboarding, and training workflows.
• Certification Coordination: Track, process, and report on partner certification results. Support the maintenance of accurate certification records in dashboards and help implement workflow improvements, including AI-assisted validation, reporting, and visibility enhancements.
• Content Access & Experience: Ensure partners have timely access to solution content and resources. Consolidate assets from multiple sources and support monthly update communications. Explore AI-based content organization, summarization, and recommendation approaches to improve relevance for partners.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and learner experience enhancements. Analyze trends and insights using AI or automation tools, and propose improvements that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Enablement, Partner Operations, and Product teams to support key initiatives. Communicate findings, recommendations, and AI-driven improvement ideas to ensure alignment with business goals.
