What you'll do

• Storefront & Menu Management: Build and optimize online storefronts and menus across multiple delivery platforms, ensuring high-quality and timely brand launches.
• Customer Guidance: Act as a direct point of contact for customers through written correspondence and video calls, providing support and expert guidance throughout the entire onboarding journey.
• Information Synthesis: Extract, review, and synthesize menu data from various sources to deliver accurate and high-standard brand builds.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Onboarding Leads and Customer Success Managers to guarantee a seamless transition and a superior customer experience.
• Performance & Quality: Manage your personal workload to consistently hit production targets and deadlines while contributing to quality assurance efforts and special menu-related projects.

What you’ll do

As our Enablement Associate, you will be the architect of our team’s knowledge and the engine behind our operational excellence. This is a high-impact role where education meets execution. You won’t just be "creating training"; you’ll be designing the literal playbooks that allow our business to scale globally.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex operational needs and team performance through compelling learning materials, rigorous documentation, and data-driven optimization. If you are a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to build from the ground up, this role is for you.

• Supports the creation of curriculum and training collateral, including synchronous and asynchronous e-learning, classroom curriculum, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Assists in the development of playbooks and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manages multiple training content and curriculum initiatives on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Accounting to align promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Evaluates training program effectiveness, recommends improvements, and develops learning design plans.
• Creates training materials that align with design plans to improve learner outcomes.
• Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to finalize strategy and develop educational materials using agreed methodology and approvals.
• Review current training offerings and organizes material within the Learning Management System (LMS) and intranet sites.
• Publishes performance and usage metrics to measure the effectiveness of training tools and the LMS

What we’re looking for

• Curriculum & Content Design: Lead the creation of high-impact training collateral, including synchronous/asynchronous e-learning, classroom materials, and performance support tools.
• Operational Intelligence: Help develop and maintain the "source of truth" for our business—driving the creation of playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• LMS Strategy & Optimization: Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and intranet, ensuring all content is organized, accurate, and easily accessible for a scaling workforce.
• Performance Metrics: Publish and analyze usage metrics to measure the effectiveness of training tools. You don’t just deliver content; you ensure it actually improves business outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to finalize educational strategies and ensure training aligns with real-time business needs.
• Project Management: Independently manage multiple curriculum initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis, meeting aggressive deadlines with high-quality output.
• English Mastery (Mandatory): Fluency at a C1 level or higher is a must-have for this role due to constant international exposure and the need to design content for global teams.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing curriculum and using professional LMS platforms to drive learning outcomes.
• Analytical Writing: Exceptional ability to document complex processes (SOPs/Playbooks) into clear, actionable, and scalable formats.
• The "Plus" Factor: Previous experience working within Training Processes and proficiency in Asana for project tracking are highly valued.
• Growth Mindset: Ability to scale responsibilities and manage the entire enablement ecosystem independently after the first 6 months.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end analyses across Inbound Sales and Marketing, turning complex data into clear insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain core reporting and dashboards (lead volume/quality, conversion by stage, velocity, cohort/vintage performance, AE capacity and productivity), ensuring definitions, logic, and data sources are consistent and trusted.
• Develop forecasts and operating cadences (weekly/monthly) to track performance vs. targets, flag risks early, and propose mitigation plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Support process improvements across the Inbound Sales and Marketing system: document workflows, map funnel and lifecycle logic, standardize metrics, and help scale automation in Salesforce/CRM, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
• Manage multiple workstreams in parallel: align stakeholders, run working sessions, capture decisions, and drive follow-through from analysis to execution.
• Uphold high standards for analytical rigor: define assumptions, validate data sources, pressure-test logic, and communicate trade-offs and uncertainty clearly.
• Translate findings into decision-ready outputs for S&P and business leadership, enabling faster and better-informed decisions on resource allocation and prioritization.
• Partner with Marketing operational teams to design and refine Performance Marketing plans, balancing efficiency and volume to generate high-quality leads that support inbound sales motions.
• Conduct full-funnel analyses — from top-of-funnel metrics (budget allocation, campaign performance, lead generation) to bottom-of-funnel outcomes (AE processing, conversion quality, ROI) — and surface strategic recommendations to leadership.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical toolkit: Google Sheets/Excel and SQL are must-haves; experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) and BI tools (e.g., Looker) is a strong plus.
• Comfort or curiosity working with Inbound Sales and funnel metrics (lead volume/quality, conversion rates, AE productivity, pipeline velocity) — the ability to learn the domain matters more than prior experience.
• Nice-to-haves: Python for advanced analytics or automation, and Salesforce for CRM-side analysis.
• Some exposure to marketing performance metrics (budget efficiency, ROI, CAC, funnel conversion rates) is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between highly detailed, complex projects and fast-turnaround, pragmatic requests, knowing when to prioritize depth vs. speed.
• Structured thinker with a strong problem-solving approach and proven stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and ownership to drive results.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortable engaging with stakeholders in English on a day-to-day basis.

• Market Penetration: Execute a high-frequency outreach strategy, maintaining a consistent volume of 100+ daily outbound engagements to property owners and brokerage networks.
• Opportunity Identification: Distinguish between on-market listings and high-value off-market opportunities, utilizing deep-dive market research to qualify leads.
• High-Stakes Negotiation: Act as the primary negotiator to secure properties under optimal value terms, ensuring all acquisitions align with the company’s financial objectives.
• Mandate Management: Deliver on specific acquisition mandates set by senior leadership, coordinating cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Pipeline Optimization: Maintain rigorous data integrity by updating local pipelines and conversion trackers daily, providing leadership with real-time, accurate reporting for weekly reviews.
• Asset Coordination: Facilitate the transition from sourcing to operations by coordinating initial maintenance assessments and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What we’re looking for

• Acquisition Expertise: A proven track record in real estate sourcing or acquisitions. You possess the industry knowledge to ask the critical questions that uncover a deal’s true potential.
• Communication Excellence: C1/Native English proficiency is required. You must be a persuasive communicator capable of managing complex verbal and written negotiations.
• Sales Resilience: Extensive experience in high-volume cold calling and lead generation. You are adept at navigating objections and building immediate rapport with brokers and landlords.
• Analytical Rigor: A background in sales or real estate that demonstrates your ability to evaluate deals quickly against quarterly KPIs and volume targets.
• Operational Discipline: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides themselves on "over-communication" and meticulous record-keeping.

What we’re looking for

• Sales Experience: You have 2-3 years of full-cycle sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Consultative Selling Skills: You are intellectually curious and possess exceptional closing skills.
• Communication Skills: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
• English Fluency: You have a C1 level of English fluency or higher, both written and spoken, enabling you to effectively communicate with our U.S.-based clientele.
• Goal-Oriented: You have a sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help you achieve success.
• Inbound Sales Experience: You have experience working with inbound sales processes, managing leads that come through marketing and other channels.
• Selling to the U.S. Market: You have experience with the full sales cycle, specifically working with clients in the United States market.
