Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster (California Experience Required)

Location: Work from Home (Must be located in California)

You will be communicating with a wide variety of individuals, to include CEO's, claimants, providers offices, and attorneys. Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital for success in this role.

• License/state experience in California and your SIP.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.

• Quality Service Review (QSR) Scores: Achieve monthly QSR scores of 90%+ for the team and address any underperformance with actionable plans.

• Customer Service Survey Scores: Maintain an average score of 1.30 or less. Use survey results as coaching opportunities and ensure follow-up discussions.
• Mentorship and Teammate Development:  Act as a mentor and actively contribute to developing your team of adjusters.

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the Midwest region and possess a strong background in achieving results. • Knowledge of ERISA, Affordable Care Act, Insured Ancillary/Voluntary coverages, Affinity Programs, Captives, or TPA operations and related cost control point solutions
• Prefer CEBS, Self-Funded Specialist Designation and/or Licensed in Life and Health
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
