What You’ll Do:

The Technical Project Management team at CoreWeave is the operational engine supporting the global build-out and fit-out of our physical infrastructure. As our site footprint expands exponentially, this team manages the critical transition from capacity planning to live operations. TPMs are responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects with aggressive timelines, ensuring that every data center is delivered on time, within scope, and ready for high-performance AI workloads.

About the Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage the execution of massive infrastructure projects, taking sites from signing through to day 2 operations. You will lead the delivery and installation of critical hardware, cabling, and network systems, working in a fast-paced environment where timelines are often fluid and expedited. Your mission is to ensure that project blockers are removed and that infrastructure is deployed to CoreWeave's exacting standards.

In this role, you will:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous data center deployment projects, including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all parties involved and hold meetings with your vendors and site to meet timelines.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage and allocate resources (teams, tools, budget), ensuring that all project phases are adequately staffed and equipped to meet fast-paced timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
• Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed contractual constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all data center deployments meet technical and quality standards, including compliance with industry best practices and local regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, and give regular progress reports.
• Technical Oversight and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to teams, in collaboration with experts, on best practices for data center design and deployment, including considerations for power, cooling, networking, and physical security.
• Continual Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance data center operations.
• Project Oversight: Travel to up to 60% of data center locations to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with local teams, contractors, and vendors during on-site visits.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management within a data center environment.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to successfully manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, utilizing a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Data Center Operations: In-depth technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems. Demonstrated familiarity with data center best practices and industry standards.
• Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose innovative solutions, supported by strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
• Compliance and Security: Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE), data center compliance requirements, security protocols, and risk management practices.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% to data center locations to support project execution, sometimes on short notice.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, or similar) are a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) or AI-specific infrastructure.
• Familiarity with liquid-to-chip cooling technologies and advanced data center redundancy protocols.

Operating in a high-stakes, 24/7 setting, this team is responsible for safeguarding the availability, stability, and reliability of mission-critical systems that power our most essential services.

About the role:

As a Command Center Technician, you will serve as the front-line mission control for our global data center fleet. In a 24/7 operations environment, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring, coordination, and incident response across critical electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems. Acting as the central point of visibility, you will identify anomalies, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, and drive rapid resolution to ensure maximum uptime, operational continuity, and safety across our infrastructure.

• Provide continuous 24/7 monitoring of global data center infrastructure systems using BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and other monitoring platforms.
• Monitor critical assets including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, and fire suppression systems.
• Serve as the first responder for infrastructure alarms, triaging incidents and initiating response actions per SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Escalate incidents promptly to on-site operations, engineering teams, and leadership based on defined escalation matrices.
• Coordinate incident response activities across multiple teams to minimize risk to production environments.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) efforts by providing detailed timelines, logs, and incident documentation.
• Act as a central communication hub, providing clear and accurate status updates during incidents and maintenance events.
• Enforce adherence to change management processes and safety requirements within mission-critical environments.
• Maintain detailed event logs and participate in structured shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.

Who You Are: 

• 2+ years of experience working in mission-critical environments (data centers, utilities, or industrial operations).
• Foundational technical knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Proven experience following and executing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in high-availability environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and operational dashboards.
• Experience in incident management, technical troubleshooting, and structured escalation.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues.
• Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled data center. 

Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience working in mission-critical environments
• Prior experience in a hyperscale or large-scale data center environment.
• Hands-on technical background in electrical (UPS, switchgear) or mechanical (chillers, CRAC units) systems.
• Familiarity with specific BMS, EPMS, and DCIM platforms.
• Experience working in a centralized Command Center or Network Operations Center (NOC).Relevant technical certifications (Data Center Operations, electrical/mechanical trades, or mission-critical facilities training).

About the role:

As the Command Center Systems & Automation Engineer, you are the technical engine behind our operational platform. You will own the tools, integrations, and automation that give our operators the intelligence they need to act fast and accurately. From enhancing our unified monitoring platform to refining alert intelligence and automating repetitive tasks, your work directly reduces risk and improves uptime across CoreWeave’s global infrastructure.

• Own the evolution of the Command Center's "Single Pane of Glass", integrating signals from DCIM, EPMS, BMS, and other infrastructure platforms into a unified, real-time operational view.
• Transition alerting from threshold-based noise to intelligent, correlated logic using platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Ignition, or equivalent tools.
• Automate manual operator workflows, including reporting, vendor check-ins, initial triage, and ticket creation.
• Design and maintain data visualization dashboards and KPI reporting tools that give operators and leadership clear, actionable insight into fleet health and performance.
• Integrate and optimize Jira workflows to accelerate incident response, change management tracking, and task automation.
• Build and maintain technical runbooks and automated validation tools to ensure SOPs and MOPs are digitally enforced, not just documented.
• Engineer tracking for MTTD and MTTR, enabling data-driven performance improvement and RCA support.
• Partner with IT and Facilities Engineering teams to define system ownership boundaries and integration standards for in-scope platforms (DCIM, Ignition, BMS/EPMS).

Who You Are:  

• 5+ years of experience in Data Center Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Network Operations, or Advanced Manufacturing, in a mission-critical environment.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or other scripting languages for infrastructure automation and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Ignition, or similar).
• Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, EPMS, and BACnet-type systems and how they integrate with operational tooling.
• Skilled in SQL or NoSQL databases for operational reporting and KPI dashboard development.
• Experience with time series data, telemetry platforms, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong technical documentation skills, able to create high-fidelity SOPs and MOPs for high-availability environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in hyperscale or AI infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with historian/telemetry platforms (Ignition or similar) and time series data pipelines.
• Background in Agile development practices, able to work iteratively and deliver incremental improvements.
• Deep understanding of physical infrastructure (Power, Cooling, Networking) as it relates to high-density GPU workloads.

• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex operational requirements into clear, usable documentation.
• Experience facilitating root cause analysis and driving corrective action to closure.
