We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Specialist, Social Media Operations to support and scale Contentstack’s global organic social presence.

This role owns the day-to-day execution and operational excellence of our social channels, while supporting enablement, insights, and internal workflows across earned and influenced media programs. You will work closely with our Integrated Marketing team and broader marketing organization to ensure Contentstack shows up consistently, thoughtfully, and effectively across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, keeping fast-moving systems organized, documenting what works, and helping teams execute efficiently at scale. You will report to a manager based in the United States and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Monitor daily activity across social platforms including comments, tags, shares, and messages to flag risks, opportunities, and high-value engagement.
• Manage incoming social requests and coordinate execution across teams.
• Schedule, publish, and quality-check content using Sprout Social and native tools.
• Organize and maintain social content workflows, design files, templates, and shared photo libraries.
• Co-create and maintain internal social media resources, playbooks, and documentation.
• Engage with followers, employees, partners, and customers to strengthen community and brand presence across social platforms.
• Own social listening and competitor monitoring across key platforms.
• Support employee advocacy programs by managing and updating content in internal enablement platforms.
• Contribute to internal training and social enablement efforts with clear, usable guidance and templates.
• Share ongoing insights to inform content, engagement, and channel strategy.
• Support reporting on growth, engagement, and learnings.
• Support promotion of key company initiatives and campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with content publishing, advocacy, and marketing operations, with an understanding of social’s role within the broader marketing ecosystem.
• Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Monday.com, Figma, and other marketing or project management platforms used to support social media execution. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not required.
• Clear written communication skills and a strong sense of brand voice.
• Strong interest in culture, trends, and social media, with a creative mindset and curiosity for what’s resonating across platforms.
• Design and light video editing skills are a plus, but not required.

Customer Success Advocate (CSA)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Advocate (CSA) to support and scale our one-to-many Customer Success motion for long-tail customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through structured programs and data-driven execution.

As a CSA, you will manage a portfolio of customers using scalable engagement strategies, ensuring they stay on track with their goals, remain engaged with our platform, and are renewing with no friction. You’ll work closely with your Team Lead and cross-functional partners to execute programs, identify risks, and contribute to revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Engagement & Success Execution

• Manage a portfolio of long-tail customers through scaled, programmatic engagement (email, webinars, campaigns, office hours)
• Drive consistent customer touchpoints aligned to lifecycle milestones (onboarding, adoption, renewal)
• Help customers understand and realize value from the platform through targeted outreach and education

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Engineer II to join our team. As a member of our Cloud Security team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud defense strategy. This is an individual contributor role, you will function as a technical lead, acting as a subject matter expert for the broader engineering organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing the security posture of our multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing the tooling that keeps our infrastructure safe. You will act as the bridge between security leadership, the application security team, and the broader engineering organization, ensuring that security is designed into our solutions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Posture & Tooling Management

• Multi-Cloud Oversight: Lead the effort to secure and monitor our footprint across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring consistent security controls are applied regardless of the provider.
• Security Tooling Operations: Manage, tune, and optimize our security tooling stack. You will be the primary owner of our CrowdStrike deployment (CNAPP/CSPM) for monitoring misconfigurations and threat detection.
• API Security: Take ownership of our API security strategy by managing and monitoring Cequence. You will ensure our API estate is discovered, cataloged, and protected against abuse.
• Tool Evaluation: As the team grows, you will lead the evaluation and implementation of new security tools to replace or augment current solutions as business needs evolve.

Architecture & Engineering Collaboration

• Security Architecture: Partner with Engineering teams during the design phase of new projects. You will review architectures to ensure new solutions are compatible with our security ecosystem and are designed with a "Security First" mindset.
• Shift-Left Initiatives: Work closely with the Application Security team to integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines and monitor deployments.
• Vulnerability Management: Drive the remediation process for identified cloud and application issues, working with engineering owners to ensure critical vulnerabilities are addressed within established SLAs.

Technical Leadership

• Mentorship: Act as a senior voice within the Cloud Security team, mentoring others and helping define technical standards and best practices.
• Incident Response: Serve as an escalation point for cloud-related security incidents, investigating alerts regarding attacks, compromises, or severe misconfigurations.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Information Security, with at least 4 years dedicated to Cloud Security.
• Deep technical mastery of AWS, with a working proficiency in Azure and/or GCP.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CSPM/CNAPP tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Wiz, Prisma Cloud) in a production environment.
• Experience with API Security tools (Cequence, Noname, Salt) or WAF technologies.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and how to secure it.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash) for automation and tooling integration.
• Experience working in an AI-forward environment, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technologies as a core part of day-to-day work, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
