What you’ll do
As a DevSecOps Engineer within MetaMask & Infura you will be joining a world reference technical team with State of the Art expertise in developing & delivering advanced decentralized applications (Ðapps) and supporting development and production infrastructure. Your job will be to deliver, upgrade and maintain infrastructure with high cybersecurity standards (ISO/SOC2). The Networks team is responsible for making blockchain connectivity inside MetaMask feel invisible, reliable, and trustworthy—no matter which chain a user is interacting with. MetaMask’s Wallet Platform organization owns the client platforms for the MetaMask browser extension and mobile apps. The Mobile Platform team treats MetaMask Mobile as a platform: we enable all feature teams to ship high‑quality experiences faster by providing a secure, stable, high‑performance foundation with excellent developer experience and automated operations.

MetaMask Mobile (iOS & Android) is built primarily on React Native, with native code where it matters. As a Principal Mobile Engineer, you’ll be the most senior hands‑on technical leader focused on mobile: setting architecture, defining standards, and driving cross‑team initiatives that shape the future of our mobile platform and MetaMask app.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Engagement to own and evolve the systems that help users stay informed, engaged, and coming back to the product over time.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and lifecycle communication. You’ll be responsible for the tooling and experiences that power automated, timely, and relevant messages across the user journey — from onboarding and activation to ongoing engagement and re-engagement with the full suite of MetaMask products (swaps, perps trading, prediction markets, and more).

We’re looking for a Staff UX Researcher to drive strategic, mixed-methods research for the company, spanning product initiatives such as perpetuals trading, predictions, RWAs, sports betting, saving, remittances and crypto spending.

What you’ll do

As a Staff UX Researcher on the MetaMask team, you will own and lead the end-to-end research process for a complex product area that covers trading and personal finance. You will generate decision-quality insights that de-risk bets, shape product strategy, and accelerate execution across multiple product surfaces.

This is a high-impact, senior IC role for someone who is equally comfortable designing rigorous studies, synthesizing across data sources, and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research

• Plan, design, and execute full-cycle research (discovery, evaluative, generative, and strategic) using both qualitative and quantitative methods.  
• Select and tailor the right methods (e.g., interviews, diary studies, usability tests, surveys, concept testing) to answer high-priority questions for the product and design team.  
• Deliver robust, timely insights that are tightly aligned with product milestones and decision points.
• Communicate insights in compelling, digestible ways (presentations, workshops, artifacts, dashboards, narratives) tailored to different audiences, from Independent Contributors to Executives. 
• Establish and evolve research best practices, processes, and templates that scale.

De-risk and accelerate product decisions

• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering leads at MetaMask to define research questions, success criteria, and learning roadmaps.  
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that directly influence roadmaps, feature definitions, and UX decisions.  
• Identify and articulate trade-offs, risks, and opportunities grounded in user behavior and market context.
• Champion user-centered thinking in planning and prioritization forums, ensuring user impact is considered alongside technical and business constraints.  

Identify cross-team opportunities and scale research

• Work across product lanes, and with other UX Researchers, to uncover shared user needs, overlapping journeys, friction points, and systemic UX issues.  
• Help maintain a Continuous Discovery program that builds a durable, always-on understanding of MetaMask (and future) users.
• Contribute to a program of Designer Enablement; training designers, PMs and marketers to self-serve their own evaluative research. This involves coaching stakeholders and creating lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and tools.
• Mentor and support other researchers and cross-functional partners in sharpening research questions, methods, and interpretation.
