Job overview:
The National Sales Director is a second-line sales leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing regional sales director team, supporting the launch and growth of an innovative mental health therapy. The National Sales Director will play a critical role in pre-launch planning, access strategy, field team buildout, and revenue growth, ensuring successful commercialization in a rapidly evolving regulatory and clinical landscape.
The National Sales Director (East) will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Support to enable safe, responsible, and effective delivery of therapy.
Location: Remote, field-based in the US.
Reports to: Vice President, Sales.

Job Overview:
We are looking for our first Technical Subject Matter Expert in Drug Product to join our team and contribute to our innovative projects and commercial production. You'll provide strategic technical input, manage manufacturing partnerships, contribute to CMC regulatory submissions, and drive product/process improvements. If you're an experienced pharmaceutical professional eager to drive innovation in drug development and ensure robust compliance, this role offers a compelling challenge.
Location: Remote on the east coast in United States or hybrid in our New York City office.
Reports to: Technical Director, Manufacturing and Supply.

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) at Compass Pathways is a core member of the Medical Affairs organization, connecting the company’s science with the broader mental health and neuroscience community, helping to shape medical strategy, and supporting the continued development of Compass Pathways’ work in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
This role is responsible for developing and managing a geographic territory and serving as a key scientific point of contact through both virtual and face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate is passionate about a field-based role establishing themselves as a key point of scientific contact, actively engaging in high-quality scientific exchange and gathering insights from the field on emerging research, changes in the treatment landscape, and evolving approaches to care.
