As a Lead Product Designer, you'll own the core experience of the CompanyCam product. You'll be responsible for the foundation: information architecture, surface hierarchy, placement logic, and how the parts of the product fit together. You'll be embedded in one squad, but the work you do shows up across every squad, so your decisions need to hold up across the whole product. As we ship new products, onboarding, activation, and features, you'll keep the core consistent and easy to use.
You'll also help raise the quality of the design team's work through your practice, the feedback you give, and the standards you hold. We're looking for someone with strong product judgment, deep design craft, and the ability to lift the work of the designers around them.
Remote: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States. Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity. Employees are encouraged to come hang out at headquarters for up to 10 days per calendar year on CompanyCam's dime.

As a Senior Product Manager, AI Camera on the Camera team you'll drive CompanyCam's artificial intelligence product strategy and execution, owning the development of AI-powered camera features that enhance contractor productivity and establish competitive differentiation in the construction technology market. You'll lead cross-functional product development, conduct customer discovery to identify high-impact opportunities, and translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. You'll establish AI product development frameworks, drive data-driven decision making for AI feature optimization, and serve as the primary stakeholder communicator for AI strategy.
The Camera team owns CompanyCam's most foundational surface, the feature that every contractor touches every single day. We're a small, focused team that moves fast, stays close to customers, and believes the best ideas come from building things and learning from them. AI is opening up a whole new chapter for what the camera can do, and we're just getting started.

We’re looking for a strategic, people-first Senior Vice President of Finance to join CompanyCam’s leadership team.
As our SVP of Finance, you’ll translate CompanyCam’s strategy into disciplined execution, strong financial operations, and long-term value creation. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll own internal financial operations, freeing the CFO to focus on investors, the board, M&A, and capital strategy, while ensuring the company is aligned around clear financial and strategic priorities.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Accountant to provide deep technical expertise and execution across complex accounting areas in a high-growth SaaS environment. We're looking for a sharp, driven, problem-solving Senior Software Engineer to join the Beam team.
Beam, recently acquired by CompanyCam, has built the best way for contractors to estimate and manage project finances with AI. You'll be working at the intersection of fintech and AI, building products that are already helping close to a thousand contractors manage hundreds of millions of dollars in construction projects. The problems are real, the customers are active, and there's a lot to build. Beam is now part of the CompanyCam family, giving you the resources and mentorship of a larger organization while maintaining the energy and ownership of a startup.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Beam, you'll be a true product engineer: full stack, scrappy, and excited about shipping. You'll split your time across both the Beam platform and the CompanyCam platform, diving into multiple codebases and contributing wherever you're needed. You'll provide technical leadership, help set the bar for how we build, and work directly with customers to solve real problems.
We're obsessed with building things that matter. That means shipping constantly, iterating fast, and measuring impact. You'll work closely with product and design, collaborate with engineers across both the Beam and CompanyCam teams, and have real access to leadership.

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle support requests in both English and Spanish and serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users.
