As a Lead Product Designer, you'll own the core experience of the CompanyCam product. You'll be responsible for the foundation: information architecture, surface hierarchy, placement logic, and how the parts of the product fit together. You'll be embedded in one squad, but the work you do shows up across every squad, so your decisions need to hold up across the whole product. As we ship new products, onboarding, activation, and features, you'll keep the core consistent and easy to use.
You'll also help raise the quality of the design team's work through your practice, the feedback you give, and the standards you hold. We're looking for someone with strong product judgment, deep design craft, and the ability to lift the work of the designers around them.
Remote: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States. Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity. Employees are encouraged to come hang out at headquarters for up to 10 days per calendar year on CompanyCam's dime.

One Team: We don't think of ourselves as "Product Managers", "Engineers", or "Designers" first. Beyond denoting skill sets and areas of expertise, we don't think departments matter. We align ourselves to the goals we're working to achieve and make sure we have the right expertise to drive meaningful impact. We solve customer problems together, getting the right people with the right context in the right rooms to work holistically.
We question everything and are precious about nothing: Ideas can and should come from anywhere, and we aren't tied to our own. Product Managers are not the exclusive purveyors of great ideas. We proactively source inputs from all directions, talk to our customers regularly, and are quick to change course when we know there's a better way.
We build to learn: We believe the fastest way to a good answer is to make something real. Whether that's a rough prototype, a quick experiment, or a working artifact you can put in front of a customer, we'd rather test a real thing than debate a hypothetical one. We use every tool available to us to move faster and think more clearly.
We Execute For Impact: When we get it right, we have the opportunity to impact small business owners across the country. Our continued growth is directly tied to the outsized value we produce for our customers.
We De-risk Assumptions: We are not beholden to ideas. We have goals, and we treat everything beyond that as a series of hypotheses to validate. We constantly ask: "What's the most important thing I should be working on right now? How do I confirm or reject that assumption as fast as possible?" We don't expect to be perfect the first time, but by staying close to customers and moving fast, we tend to be pretty on target.
As a Senior Product Manager, AI Camera on the Camera team you'll drive CompanyCam's artificial intelligence product strategy and execution, owning the development of AI-powered camera features that enhance contractor productivity and establish competitive differentiation in the construction technology market. You'll lead cross-functional product development, conduct customer discovery to identify high-impact opportunities, and translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. You'll establish AI product development frameworks, drive data-driven decision making for AI feature optimization, and serve as the primary stakeholder communicator for AI strategy.
The Camera team owns CompanyCam's most foundational surface, the feature that every contractor touches every single day. We're a small, focused team that moves fast, stays close to customers, and believes the best ideas come from building things and learning from them. AI is opening up a whole new chapter for what the camera can do, and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with deep computer vision experience to join our ML team.
Contractors capture millions of jobsite photos through CompanyCam every day. As an ML Engineer, you'll turn that visual data into structured understanding — building and shipping computer vision systems that power image classification, document detection, segmentation, multimodal embeddings, and more across 70,000+ projects daily.
This is a small team with outsized reach. You'll own problems end-to-end, from data preprocessing and model training through evaluation and production deployment. You won't be tuning hyperparameters on someone else's model — you'll make architectural decisions and see your work in the hands of real contractors on real jobsites.
Current and near-term problems include segmentation, on-device model deployment, vision-language model integration, and building the evaluation infrastructure to do it all sustainably.
Our engineering team is remote-first, spanning every time zone in the United States. We welcome people from all backgrounds and really don't care whether or not you have a CS degree or even a high school diploma. All that matters is that you're not a jerk and you're good at what you do.

We're looking for a sharp, driven, problem-solving Senior Software Engineer to join the Beam team.
Beam, recently acquired by CompanyCam, has built the best way for contractors to estimate and manage project finances with AI. You'll be working at the intersection of fintech and AI, building products that are already helping close to a thousand contractors manage hundreds of millions of dollars in construction projects. The problems are real, the customers are active, and there's a lot to build. Beam is now part of the CompanyCam family, giving you the resources and mentorship of a larger organization while maintaining the energy and ownership of a startup.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Beam, you'll be a true product engineer: full stack, scrappy, and excited about shipping. You'll split your time across both the Beam platform and the CompanyCam platform, diving into multiple codebases and contributing wherever you're needed. You'll provide technical leadership, help set the bar for how we build, and work directly with customers to solve real problems.
We're obsessed with building things that matter. That means shipping constantly, iterating fast, and measuring impact. You'll work closely with product and design, collaborate with engineers across both the Beam and CompanyCam teams, and have real access to leadership.
Location: This role is based in-person at Beam's office in the Financial District of San Francisco.
Beam's team works in-person in a beautiful office in San Francisco's Financial District. Your default is to come in, not because anyone's counting badge swipes, but because the team genuinely likes working together and the vibe is better when people are present.

We're looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and impact-driven Staff Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to work within the Core Experience Org, to provide technical leadership across CompanyCam's engineering organization.
As a Staff Software Engineer, your impact goes well beyond a single team. You'll serve as a consolidated go-to for architectural review and mentorship across five product teams — owning the features and systems that sit at the heart of what CompanyCam does: the camera pipeline, checklists, project pages, notifications, search, documents, and more. These are heavily utilized, high-traffic features, and we need someone who thinks deeply about what that means at scale.
While you'll continue to contribute directly to code, your primary focus will be on technical direction, architectural decision-making, and raising the bar for how we build backend systems. You'll float across teams where support is needed, get ahead of technical problems before they surface, and be a trusted resource for the senior engineers doing the day-to-day work.
Most importantly, you'll play a key role in evolving our engineering culture, practices, and systems as we scale, helping us make better decisions, reduce risk, and invest wisely in our platform, developer experience, and people.

Our teams are made up of a product manager, a product designer, a tech lead and an appropriate number of engineers for the scope of your team. Rather than being overly prescriptive, we provide guardrails and just enough constraints to keep teams moving. Each team is expected to collaborate, iterate, and refine their best practices to produce high-quality work.

At CompanyCam, great support is more than answering tickets. It's building trust with the people who rely on our product every day. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle support requests in both English and Spanish and serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users.
