Overview:

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr MSL) serves as a key scientific expert supporting the development and commercialization of the Coherus Oncology immuno-oncology portfolio. As part of a small biotech environment, the MSL will operate with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functional collaboration, engaging external stakeholders while contributing strategically to internal initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), delivering scientific exchange, and supporting clinical and translational efforts.

The MSL will build long term peer to peer relationships with thought leaders, payers and other stakeholders specializing in oncology treatment, and other areas where Coherus is developing and/or commercializing products. The MSL will support advancement of Coherus clinical and research programs by delivering clinical, scientific, and technical education to the medical community. The MSL is responsible for cultivating and maintaining collaborative relationships with influential members of the medical community to promote company, disease state and therapeutic awareness, in addition to serving as an advanced technical, scientific, and medical expert Coherus products and pipeline assets for the assigned region. The MSL is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing Coherus corporate, scientific, and clinical strategies with these thought leaders within academic, clinical, and healthcare organizations. These scientific exchanges will support and/or expand current therapeutic concepts, as well as ensure the safe and effective utilization of Coherus product(s).

Responsibilities:

• Establish Coherus Oncology as a leading innovative oncology company focused on developing best-in-class medicines that overcome immune resistance in cancer
• Develop, track, and execute key opinion leader (KOL) engagement plans – identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs within assigned region
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in areas of oncology relevant to Coherus products and pipeline
• Deliver high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchange regarding company products, pipeline assets, and relevant disease areas
• Present clinical value proposition to payers and regional accounts payer formulary decisions
• Engage in continuous learning within the therapeutic areas represented and actively attend and participate in upskilling programs related to assigned molecules, products, disease states and relevant business topics
• Heighten medical affairs presence and visibility by leading individual projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with medical affairs, clinical development, commercial and serve as a Coherus resource to HCPs, large group medical practices, payers and formulary decision makers
• Provide medical/ clinical teams with feedback and insights from interactions with KOLs and investigators
• Respond to and document unsolicited requests for information on Coherus products and clinical programs
• Participate in/support the training of Coherus field and home office employees
• Facilitate research collaborations such as Real-World Data [RWD] generation and investigator sponsored trials [ISTs) with key investigators
• Represent the company at medical meetings through Medical Affairs’ Medical Booth coverage and other related activities
• Engage in speaker identification, training and evaluation and provide support for advisory board meetings as requested
• Collaborate with Market Access and Commercial colleagues for thought leader and institutional engagement where appropriate
• Support internal requests for dossier review and comment, medical review/consideration of potential business development opportunities and other unique projects as requested
• Adhere to corporate SOPs and ensure vigilant compliance with relevant legal and regulatory guidelines governing scientific interactions with physicians and healthcare professionals across all activities, including those related to clinical trials, scientific interactions with internal and external groups, and responses to unsolicited requests for medical/ scientific information
  
  

Qualifications:

• An advanced degree (MD, DO, Ph.D., Pharm D) is preferred; NP and PA degrees with strong relevant clinical experience will be considered
• A minimum of 2 years previous MSL experience in oncology (with head and neck cancer, liver cancer and/or gastrointestinal cancer preferred)
• A Senior MSL requires minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience as a MSL with demonstrated track record of leadership in the MSL role:
• Serves as a mentor for MSL team members, leading by example, actively sharing best practices through teaching, training, and modeling aspects of the MSL role in interactions with HCPs
• Acts with a high degree of independence in the region/field and manages a variety of priorities and projects such as training, planning, content creation, advisory boards, etc.

Overview:

The Director, Supply Chain leads and owns planning and inventory management activities in support of Coherus’ supply operations. Working cross-functionally and collaborating with individuals and functions both within Coherus and at third parties, the Director, Supply Chain drives activities to ensure effective planning, availability and supply of materials to meet internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and plan requirements for materials and production services at current contract organizations
• Manage procurement of materials, including the issuance of purchase orders for supply, coordination and follow-up on deliveries
• Leads inventory tracking and accuracy of inventory records
• Update and maintain Coherus ERP system and lead activities within that system for manufacturing and operations teams
• Support and execute supply scenario planning and assessment and may present to Senior Management or other stakeholders to support decision-making
• Generate, provide and share reports and other information across internal and external functions supporting supply operations to ensure alignment and understanding of supply requirements and schedules
• Collaborate with Coherus Finance to provide inventory and material data to support accounting, budgeting and other financial activities
• Represent Supply Chain on alliance program teams, provide Supply Chain support to partners and manage supply to meet partner/program needs
• Coordinate and lead shipping validation activities for new or existing products or shipping lanes

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field with at least 8 years’ experience including 3+ years in Supply Chain management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/development environment (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• Solid working knowledge of MRP and other Supply Chain concepts
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to understand, analyze and manage complex data (e.g., inventory records, demand/supply data) with an ardent attention to detail

Coheus is seeking a local, senior contracting attorney reporting to the Company’s Chief Legal Officer. This individual will have primary responsibility for managing the contracting function at Coherus, including negotiating and drafting contracts in collaboration with business partners and administering and improving the company’s contracting processes and procedures. Qualifications:

Overview:

The Associate Director of Finished Product and Supply Chain Operations support commercial and pre‑commercial packaging component development, technology transfer, and labeling/artwork processes in addition to supply chain and inventory management with Coherus’ supply operations.  This role works closely with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), internal cross‑functional teams, and external suppliers to ensure compliant, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing, labeling, packaging, and supply logistics operations under cGMP standards.  The position is also responsible for special projects, SWAT team operations, and risk mitigation to address contract manufacturing operations matters as needed.

Responsibilities:

Finished Product / Combination Product Process Development

• Lead technology transfers for finished product manufacturing.
• Ensure CMO execution aligns with development procedures and best practices.
• Design and execute process characterization studies.
• Support product serialization requirements across global markets.
• Author CMC sections of regulatory submissions and act as technical contact during agency interactions.

Assembly, Labeling & Packaging Operations

• Serve as technical lead for CMO operations related to assembly, labeling, and packaging.
• Support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, process monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company as person‑in‑plant during manufacturing and packaging operations.

Labeling / Artwork Management

• Oversee development, review, and approval of clinical and commercial labeling with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and SOP requirements in labeling content.
• Support development and improvement of tools and processes for label content, graphics, translation, and proofreading workflows.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to cGMP, ICH, EMA, FDA, OSHA, and internal corporate quality standards.

• Support audits, inspections, and quality initiatives across supply chain and finished product operations.

Commercial & Pre‑Commercial Supply Chain Management

• Generate production and storage purchase orders for CMO sites per the master production schedule.
• Coordinate daily shipments of bulk drug substance, drug product, and finished goods.
• Track commercial and pre‑commercial sample shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain master production schedule data, including part numbers, lot numbers, CMO locations, and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory transactions: stock transfers, work orders, adjustments, disposals.
• Manage drug returns for redistribution or disposal.
• Review inventory reports for quantity, expiration, and lot status; rebalance inventories across CMOs.

Coherus Oncology is seeking a Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics to join the Translational Medicine team and support the analysis and interpretation of translational and clinical biomarker data from oncology clinical trials.

This is a hands-on bioinformatics role for an industry-experienced scientist who enjoys working close to the data, biology, and clinical context. The Senior Scientist will execute rigorous, reproducible analyses and collaborate closely with translational scientists and other cross-functional partners to generate biologically meaningful insights that support clinical decision-making.

Within a small, highly collaborative team, this role focuses on direct analytical contributions to active clinical programs and provides meaningful exposure to translational bioinformatics in a clinical-stage biotech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end analysis of translational and clinical biomarker data, including data preparation, quality control, statistical analysis, and biological interpretation.
• Analyze high-dimensional clinical trial datasets (e.g., bulk/single cell/spacial RNA-seq, protein biomarker platforms such as MSD or Olink, and other translational assays).
• Apply appropriate statistical methods with careful consideration of study design, analytical assumptions, and clinical relevance.
• Execute reproducible, well-documented analytical workflows to ensure data quality, traceability, and analytical rigor.
