Position Overview:
The ServiceTitan Implementation Lead is responsible for ensuring business requirements are understood, approved, configured, tested, deployed, and optimized for Cobalt and our related partner companies. The ServiceTitan Implementation Lead must understand ServiceTitan as a subject matter expert and partner with our business stakeholders, as well as our partner companies, to meet business needs by owning requirements optimization for the system. This includes understanding the baseline business needs, ensuring the requirements translate to system configurations, working with other technology stakeholders to ensure the configurations are deployed, managing relationships with vendors and across the business, ensuring data integrity, building and managing workflows, and helping our partner companies onboard their ServiceTitan functionality to effectively utilize the platform. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all ServiceTitan related business requirements within our organization; and will work closely with all technology and business stakeholders to achieve full adoption across our enterprise.

Position Overview
This is a high-impact operating role sitting at the center of Cobalt's Security group performance engine. The VP of Operational Excellence owns gross margin expansion, operating system transformation, and technology-enabled performance improvement across all Cobalt Security partner companies. You will drive measurable EBITDA improvement through field operations discipline, labor productivity, quoting integrity, and cross-business initiative execution.
This role requires someone who can work across multiple businesses simultaneously, influence without line authority, build systems from scratch, and leave every organization more capable than they found it. You will report directly to the President of Security and your work will be visible at the portfolio level from day one. You will own a real P&L number: success is measured by a direct EBITDA delivery target, with supporting KPIs including revenue per technician, billable utilization, and tech stack adoption across the portfolio.
