About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team! A $3,000 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. We’re looking for all-star licensed automotive mechanic talent to help ensure that all of our vehicles are up to our high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance work, and repairs across a range of systems.
What you’ll do:
Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)
Diagnose and assess vehicle issues and damage
Perform Ontario Provincial Safety Inspections
Make recommendations about vehicle repairs and the best course of action
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, suspension and brake jobs
Create and maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and estimates
Ensure vehicles meet Clutch’s mechanical and safety standards
Communicate vehicle status, repair needs, and completion timelines
Use diagnostic tools and shop systems (e.g., Google Drive, Slack)
Contribute to continuous improvement of mechanical procedures
Metrics/measurement of success include inspection thoroughness, repair quality, safety compliance, turnaround time, and documentation accuracy
What we’re looking for:
310s Red Seal or equivalent certification or training
Experience working with a variety of car brands (domestic, import & European)
Team player above all else
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Desire to learn new skills

About the role
We are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our reconditioning facility team. This role ensures that vehicle repair estimates are accurate, repairs are scheduled efficiently, and communication between repair shops and internal teams flows smoothly. You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly and delivered on time.
What you’ll do
Review photos of damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates (measured by accuracy, number of estimates, and turnaround time)
Coordinate with repair shops to collect quotes, pricing, and service details
Schedule repair appointments for vehicles being sent to repair facilities
Organize and process invoices for repair services
Respond to calls and emails from management with updates on scheduling and repair status

About the role
Clutch is seeking a Staff Software Engineer / Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence, deliver complex solutions, and shape the future of our platform. This role requires leadership in technical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation in architecture and system design.
What you’ll do
Provide pragmatic solutions to business challenges while delivering scalable, secure, and resilient systems
Champion engineering excellence through coding standards, peer reviews, and technical documentation
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Execute complex, high-impact projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team productivity and system performance
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
8+ years of industry experience designing and developing software solutions, including leading large-scale projects
Expert proficiency in modern programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust)
Deep experience with Frontend or Backend frameworks (React, Vue, Express)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based architecture optimization
Advanced database skills: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle; schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
Experience with system architecture, performance tuning, and scaling complex applications
In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools like Jira or GitHub
Proven leadership in technical decision-making and ability to balance business and technical requirements

About the role:
The Parts Associate will support parts and materials flow in our Etobicoke reconditioning facility. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring production has what it needs when it needs it.
What you’ll do:
Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas
Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed (measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability)
Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems
Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs
Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques
Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines
Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly
Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Clean criminal background check
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be able to commute to Etobicoke, Ontario
Availability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

Ability to work in a production environment
Physical and mental effort required for parts handling
It’d be great if you have:
Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
