You will work closely with product, design, and data science teams to develop and enhance applications by managing AI intent within a spec-driven development framework. As a technical expert, you will help orchestrate AI agents to generate production-ready code and automated tests, utilizing multi-LLM workflows for code verification and quality assurance. You will provide recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows while ensuring code maintainability, security, and performance. A solid understanding of the .NET stack and the entire SDLC is required to ensure efficient, spec-led project completion.

What you will do:

Develop solutions that add value and efficiency across systems while minimizing technical debt.
Expertly use AI agents and GitHub Copilot to implement .NET solutions from high-level Specs.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet product objectives and refine Specs.
Maintain a "Test First" mentality by managing the intent of AI-generated code so that it meets the functional, security, and performance requirements of the product.
Stay updated on technology trends and product roadmaps to guide development.
Contribute to cross-functional business processes.
Promote best practices, cross-team collaboration, and process continuity.
Mentor less experienced engineers as they grow in their skills.
Foster a collaborative culture based on trust and respect.

What you have:

Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-native coding in VS Code.
Expertise in GitHub Copilot Agent Mode and AI-driven debugging.
.NET 6+ with C#
SQL
Git
Unit Testing
RESTful web services
Messaging & queuing
Front-end framework such as React

Preferred Experience:

MySQL
Postgres
Kubernetes

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Computer related subject area or related business field and six (6) or more year’s experience in Information Technology and solution delivery, or equivalent combination of education and experience in similar fields is required.

We are growing our Product Design team and are looking for someone with flair, passion and grace to join us on our quest to build amazing SaaS products which push the boundaries of convention and make our customers sing out loud with delight.

Unwavering user advocacy paired with excellent collaboration and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role. You’ll be working directly within a cross-functional team of talented Product Managers, Marketers, Data Scientists and Developers to deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences. You’ll also have weekly direct contact with customers to understand their requirements, evaluate customer research and translate those findings into exciting opportunities.

If you are a talented Product designer who is motivated by any of the above and wants to work in a collaborative design team where your ideas count and can tangibly make a difference, then this could be the perfect role for you.

About the team you’ll be joining
You’ll join one of our product teams focused on the Social Media Management solution, taking on the design role alongside a product manager and engineers—together forming a tightly aligned product trio.

You must:
Have at least 2 years aggregated commercial experience working as a Product Designer on digital products (web apps/SaaS)
Present a portfolio during your interview that demonstrates excellence in your craft and shows us your process of translating outcomes into outputs
Be able to design and deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences within a cross-functional team
Be able to distil and translate complex requirements into modern, accessible and inviting experiences
Have experience in planning and conducting user research (generative and evaluative) and translating those findings into design opportunities
Document and communicate your work efficiently and effectively to a variety of stakeholders and colleagues
Have strong visual design skills and be conversant about what good looks like
Know how to work with established design systems / pattern libraries
Excellent asynchronous work skills and flexibility are crucial due to the nature of distributed teams

Have a passion for data visualisation
Have designed and tested information dashboards before
Have experience designing for mobile contexts

Contract details:
This is a contractor role.
Contractors are expected to submit invoices for services rendered on a monthly basis in accordance with company invoicing procedures.
