- The Growth and Partnerships Associate at Cialfo drives the sales cycle in the assigned regional team - under the leadership of the Vice President- K12 and in collaboration with our Marketing managers and Client Partners.
- This role's key responsibility is to generate new prospects via lead generation events, engage with prospects, forge strong relationships, and win new K12 clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consultative sales! Understand the client's goals and challenges before offering solutions.
- Win over new clients by understanding their needs and challenging their perspective to show how Cialfo can help them achieve those goals.
- Identify and develop champions for the solution they plan to propose.
- Demonstrate market knowledge and be a centre of excellence to help clients realise the value of Cialfo solutions
- Effectively communicate the value of the Cialfo solution to every decision-maker or decision influencer.
- Demonstrate excellent pipeline progression with accurate documentation via CRM.
- Focus on meeting your individual goals while contributing to overall team targets.
- Coordinate and attend conferences and events to represent Cialfo.
- Execute outbound sales activities including building out your sales pipeline, prospecting via various channels, and following up via similar channels to reach the target.
- Collaborate with other K12 colleagues such as Client Partners, Client Experience Managers and Student Education Advisors to provide continuous value to clients.
- Build referenceable relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Meticulous and disciplined execution of CRM, other reporting tools, and sales SOPs.
- Virtual and physical presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements to complete the sale.
- Handle objections.
About You
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience
- 1+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT /Services and Education industry.
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology preferred.
- Exposure to the Higher Education sector within the University or Career Counselor Community or similar Ed-tech companies preferred.
- Proven track record of cold calling and prospecting to create new leads, achieving personal and team goals.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proven track record of being able to close deals virtually.
- Skills & Qualities
- Driven by sales targets and KPI-driven culture
- Proven track record of closing new opportunities.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, and a strong command of english language are a must.

What You Will Be Doing
On a Day-to-Day Basis
- Driving Client Success
- Partner closely with high school stakeholders (counsellors, teachers, IT teams, and leadership) to understand their goals and ensure Cialfo's solutions align with their desired outcomes.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions tailored to counsellors, students, IT teams, school management, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse client engagement data to proactively identify opportunities for improving ROI and delivering measurable results.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Delight
- Regularly conduct business reviews to assess progress, showcase impact, and gather feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions to drive retention and satisfaction.

About You
- Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience
- Familiarity with SaaS, EdTech, or technology solutions for B2B clients.
- Experience within the high school and/or higher education industry.
- 5+ years of success in customer success, client experience, account management, or strategic consulting.

About This Role
We are looking for a talented University Enrolment Advisor to support our student recruitment business and counsel students to their dream college (Multi destination - UK/ USA/ Canada/Australia). The role requires a strong client service background with understanding of study abroad admission process. This is a global role where the UEA will be assisting students, parents, and counselors from Cialfo schools across different regions. You help them make the right educational choices by assisting with their queries, introducing them to colleges and courses that best “fit” their profile, ensuring a smooth application process, and finally helping with any roadblocks in their application.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide tailored counselling to help students choose the best destinations, courses, and institutions for their overseas education, based on their academic profile, budget and career goals.
- Guide students through all key stages of their application process — university shortlisting, application, document submission, offer acceptance, visa and other post-application services.
- Deliver top-tier service to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.
- Respond swiftly to inquiries, efficiently process applications, and assist with any student-related concerns.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school counsellors, students, parents, and universities, to drive business growth.
- Contribute to developing and refining processes to manage student success on Cialfo and within the CRM.
- Manage account of the assigned schools and build rapport with the school counsellor
About You

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in study abroad counseling for undergraduate and postgraduate students, focusing on the UK, ANZ, and US.
- Prior experience in client relationship or sales.
