About this Role

BridgeU is seeking an elite Client Partner to deliver an unparalleled level of service to high-quality B2B high school clients. This individual will manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels — from junior counsellors to senior school leaders — with the professionalism and finesse typically seen in white-glove service roles. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional customer experience, service orientation, and account growth capabilities while embodying the highest standards of sophistication, emotional intelligence, and personalization.

This is a strategic role requiring a unique blend of client management, business acumen, and customer-centric service to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

What You Will Be Doing

On a Day-to-Day Basis

• Driving Client Success
  • Partner closely with high school stakeholders (counsellors, teachers, IT teams, and leadership) to understand their goals and ensure BridgeU’s solutions align with their desired outcomes.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions tailored to counsellors, students, IT teams, school management, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse client engagement data to proactively identify opportunities for improving ROI and delivering measurable results.
• Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Delight
  • Regularly conduct business reviews to assess progress, showcase impact, and gather feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions to drive retention and satisfaction.

  • Resolve technical and operational challenges by collaborating with internal teams across product, marketing, finance, and engineering.

About You

• Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS, EdTech, or technology solutions for B2B clients.
  • Experience within the high school and/or higher education industry.
  • 5+ years of success in customer success, client experience, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and successful relationship management through strategic thinking, branding, and client enablement.

This role will be based in China and the candidate will need to be based there.

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized University Enrolment Advisor to support our Direct Apply function and link students to their dream college; join our growing team and take our platform to the next stage! The role requires a strong consultative sales and marketing background and a profound aspiration to help students make the right decision for their next academic steps.

Direct Apply is Cialfo’s own application portal, enabling students around the world to easily access educational programmes across the globe. The University Enrolment Advisor will focus primarily on working directly with students, yet engage and coordinate with guardians and counselors from Cialfo schools. You’ll guide them to identify and apply to the right educational programmes by assisting with their queries, introducing them to colleges and courses that best “fit” their profile, ensuring a smooth application process, and finally overcoming any roadblocks in their application.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Act as a local ambassador of Cialfo.
• Zealously promote Cialfo’s Direct Apply in every aspect of your work.
• Activate students to ensure proper registration on Cialfo platform and usage in school search activities.
• Provide presentations in the local marketplace to promote Direct Apply adoption.
• Engage students at all key stages of their applications - search, application, documents, submissions, offer acceptances, and enrolments.
• Lead and mentor a small team of advisors/associates, ensuring they are aligned on goals, trained on processes, and supported to deliver high-quality student engagement.
• Oversee daily team operations, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against targets (applications, enrolments, events delivered).
• Create, manage and support student facing events such as
  • School University fairs.
  • University Representative visits to the school.
  • Create/Run student focus Workshops.
  • Brand awareness events.
  • Activate students to ensure proper registration on Cialfo platform and usage in school search activities.
• Work with the University partnership departments to identify university focused events.
• Liaise between the University Representative and high school to facilitate events that develop awareness and exposure to students in order to drive Direct Apply applications.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about programs listed on Cialfo (Students/Parents) and counselors.
• Stay up-to-date with programmes and university profiles of the allocated university network region.
• Identify opportunities to improve how Cialfo can best support the High School counsellor.
• Identify students and guardian opportunities.
• Represent the sentiment of the market in feedback to Cialfo to drive increased market share.
• Support performance reviews, track KPIs for the team, and collaborate with leadership to improve process efficiency and student satisfaction.
• Candidate must be based in China.

About You

• Qualification:
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience working with university representatives in application and/or admission-related matters.
  • Deep understanding of universities’ academic programs and admissions processes, in particular for the UK and/or ANZ.
  • Experience working with university representatives in application and/or admission-related matters is a plus.
  • Experience supporting students through the end-to-end university pre-application to enrolment journey; university shortlisting, applications, pre-departure, visa applications, and enrolment processes.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring junior team members in admissions/advisory roles is strongly preferred.
