What You Will Be Doing

Strategic Operations & Calendar Management

• Orchestrate Complex Calendaring: Manage intricate, high-volume calendars for the executive team, proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating shifts in priority
• Workflow Optimization: Monitor office deadlines and manage internal workflows to ensure leadership stays ahead of critical milestones
• Global Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa requirements and ground logistics, expense reports etc
• Event & Hospitality Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of meetings, team-building events, and high-level hospitality, including catering and venue logistics

Cross-Functional Liaison & Communication

• Internal Diplomacy: Act as a primary point of contact between the executives and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication and timely follow-ups
• Professional Representation: Greet visitors and represent the executive suite with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring a world-class experience for partners and guests
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for sensitive organizational information, handling all matters with the utmost integrity and judgment

Financial & Project Administration

• Expense & Budget Support: Execute monthly expense reporting, accounting tasks, creating and managing POs and billing/invoicing processes with precision
• Independent Project Management: Act as a standalone project manager for various administrative initiatives, seeing them through from conception to completion
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive review

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or high-level executives, preferably within a high-growth technology environment
• Technical Proficiency: Fully proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Systems Knowledge: Previous experience with NetSuite and Navan is highly preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent high-level administrative experience
• Startup DNA: Experience in a startup or rapid-scale environment is a significant plus; you should be comfortable with ambiguity and "building the plane while flying it."
• Working on-site - ability to come into the office 5 days a week

Location

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $110,000 to $140,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.

What You Will Be Doing

The Roaming Partner Management team is a specialist team within ChargePoint who are responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and growing ChargePoint’s 700+ roaming and OCPI-based partnerships across Europe and North America. This team meets and works with partners proactively and reactively on key business-related issues. It builds new relationships with market players, negotiates and manages agreements, and is overall responsible for the health of these partners which we are connected to via various APIs. This team is supported by various other functions in the business, including the Roaming Operations team, Customer Excellence team, Finance team, and Legal team.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

This role will lead a team of 1-3 specialists to build new relationships with key Charge Point Operators (CPOs), e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs), and other entities (e.g. mapping services) that would connect to ChargePoint’s software platform via API. The successful candidate will sign new agreements and work with our Roaming Operations team to implement new APIs to the partners.

The candidate will also manage some existing relationships, for example partners connected through clearing houses, and may be involved in tasks associated with managing these integrations (e.g. tariff and data management, contract reviews, working with partners to resolve production issues).

The role may also have an advisory function, helping large ChargePoint customers to navigate the public charging ecosystem and brokering discussions between customers and other leading external partners.

The successful candidate will interact with a range of software tools used internally, including Salesforce, Confluence, Tableau, and Jira, as well as custom-built interfaces. They may also interact with tools developed by our partners, including Hubject, Gireve, and eClearing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of previous experience in partnership management or business development, or similar experience that demonstrates a capacity to build and manage relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate agreements.
• Previous experience in a SaaS company or within the automotive, energy or CleanTech industry. Previous roaming-related (e.g. OCPI) knowledge a plus
•  The capacity to build expert knowledge of our roaming services and functionality.
•  A customer-centric and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness and ability to own problems to their resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work with software tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Excel. Experience with tools such as Atlan, Tableau, Kibana and other similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (any additional language is a plus, particularly German)
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally for workshops with internal stakeholders, partners, or customers (within Europe)
