What You'll Do

Analytics & Data

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and pipelines, covering pipeline pacing, attribution, and segment and channel level performance across MQL, SAL, SQL, and pipeline $
• Partner with Sales Ops on goal tracking, lead flow, and segmentation
• Define attribution frameworks and data models that make marketing performance clear and defensible

AI Build & Automate

• Identify high-friction, repetitive processes across the marketing team and design agentic solutions that reduce manual effort and speed up execution
• Partner with marketers to understand their workflows, then build tools and automations they'll actually use
• Create and document reusable agent templates and playbooks so the team can spin up new automations independently over time

Tech Stack & Enablement

• Assist with core marketing tools Hubspot, CRM integrations, intent tools, and lead routing
• Run AI enablement for the marketing team: workshops, playbooks, and hands-on coaching

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in Marketing Operations or a GTM engineer role at a B2B SaaS company
• Solid SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
• Experience building automations and integrations (APIs, webhooks, workflow tools)
• Experience with Salesforce, LeanData and Hubspot is a must and HockeyStack, Seam, Unify, and Qualified is a nice to have
• Already using AI tools in your workflow and have a point of view on what works
• Organized, self-directed, and builds with documentation and scale in mind

Partner Marketing Specialist, Programs

Chainguard is building the trusted foundation for software supply chain security. As our partner ecosystem continues to grow across GSIs, regional SIs, channel partners, technology alliances, and cloud providers, we are investing in scalable partner marketing programs to support that growth.

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Specialist to support the execution of Chainguard’s global partner marketing strategy. This role is focused on building and executing repeatable programs, supporting partner campaigns, and helping scale partner marketing operations across a diverse and growing ecosystem.

You will work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to deliver campaigns, improve processes, and ensure a consistent partner experience. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with strong exposure to global partner programs and go-to-market initiatives.

This role is a unique opportunity to grow your partner marketing expertise while playing a hands-on role in shaping and scaling how we engage and activate our partner ecosystem.

What you will do

• Support the execution of scalable partner marketing programs across GSIs, channel, cloud, and technology partners
• Assist with partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle communications, including newsletters and partner updates
• Help build and maintain standardized onboarding materials and co-marketing resources for partners
• Execute partner marketing campaigns, including content, events, sponsorships, and digital activations
• Support partner programs such as incentives, swag, and campaign communications, including coordination and tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams
• Use AI tools to support content creation and improve efficiency in program execution

The role, in a nutshell

As the Field Marketing Manager for the Northeast region, you’ll be a key driver of pipeline and revenue growth across New England and Eastern Canada, acting as the dedicated marketing partner to the Northeast sales organization. This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity, especially in Canada, where Chainguard is investing in focused field marketing and we’re looking for someone based in Ontario or Eastern Canada who knows the Canadian market deeply and loves turning sales strategy into high-impact, local programs.

What you’ll do

• Own the Northeast field marketing plan, aligning regional strategy to sales priorities so every program ladders up to clear pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute demand generation programs, including third-party and Chainguard-hosted events, in-person and virtual experiences, regional campaigns, roadshows, and direct mail.
• Act as the marketing quarterback for the region—analyzing funnel health, partnering with AEs on pipeline coverage, and course-correcting throughout the quarter.
• Partner closely with the BDR team to ensure fast, high-quality follow-up on post-event and post-program leads.
• Localize campaigns and assets for Canadian buyers, ensuring messaging, content, and experiences resonate with audiences in Toronto, Ontario, and Eastern Canada.
• Forecast and measure the impact of field programs on the sales cycle, using data to analyze performance and optimize plans.
• Be the go-to marketing partner for regional sales leadership, reps, BDRs, and regional partners, maintaining tight communication and strong alignment.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in field marketing and demand generation
• Proven track record building and executing high impact regional marketing plans focused on pipeline generation in prospect accounts 
• Experience in Enterprise software security space marketing to security and engineering leadership personas.
• Experience in international or multi-country regional marketing, adapting global marketing campaigns and initiatives to local markets
• Strong understanding of the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canadian markets, especially Toronto and markets in greater Ontario
• Highly skilled at  partnering with sales leaders to understand regional priorities, crafting robust strategies and execution plans and owning  program-level execution independently without needing activity-level direction.
• Proven ability to plan and execute a high volume and variety of field events, tailored to priority accounts and region-specific audiences 
• Data-driven mindset -  comfortable using funnel metrics to assess program effectiveness and pivoting strategies based on insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can build relationships across sales, BDR, and marketing teams and align programs to business objectives.
• Must be based in Canada (ideally Ontario) with prior experience covering the Canadian market
• Ability to travel ~30% for events in Northeastern U.S. and Canada

• Experience in cybersecurity or developer tools.
• Familiarity with French-Canadian markets (Quebec) and comfort engaging French-speaking buyers and partners.
