We are looking for a Back Office Officer (Onboarding) to join our team on a 1 year fixed term contract to support maternity cover, ensuring a seamless and compliant client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations.

Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account activation.

Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation.

Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements, providing guidance and support where needed.

Accurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Generate regular reports on onboarding progress, client issues, and compliance concerns for management review.

Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities, ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.

Requirements:

Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus

Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.

Critical thinking and problem-Solving skills.

Data Engineer (Financial Analytics focus)

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Financial Analytics team developing and maintaining data pipelines, transformation logic, and data quality checks in a complex multi-jurisdiction financial data platform (PostgreSQL DWH + Airflow orchestration).

Responsabilities

Implement enhancements and changes to existing reporting processes to improve accuracy, performance, and usability

Design and develop new reporting pipelines and datasets aligned with business requirements

Automate of data delivery processes

Identify and implementation of automated data quality checks

Resolve of issues related to data quality

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, clarify logic, and ensure outputs meet expectations

Requirements

4+ years in analytics engineering or similar data-focused roles

Advanced PostgreSQL: stored procedures and functions, complex CTEs, window functions, SCD2 patterns, query plan analysis and optimisation

Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture: staging, core, and data mart layers; incremental load patterns; slowly changing dimensions

Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow: DAG authoring, scheduling, dependency management, and failure handling

Proficiency with Git (GitLab or GitHub) and JIRA

Experience designing and evolving data warehouse architecture and data models

Track record of building robust, maintainable ELT/ETL pipelines in production

Experience implementing automated data quality checks

Domain fluency in financial and trading concepts, with the ability to understand requirements and clearly explain implemented logic to business stakeholders

High degree of autonomy: able to reverse-engineer undocumented systems, identify root causes, and take end-to-end ownership of pipelines and calculation logic

Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with dbt, particularly in the context of migration or adoption initiatives

Exposure to Snowflake or strong interest in working with it as part of a target data architecture

Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data pipeline tooling

Background in fintech or financial services in any capacity

We are seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to join our Group Compliance Assurance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our firm complies with all its global regulatory requirements and standards across both Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance.

The Group Compliance Assurance team is responsible for conducting end to end testing (design and operation of controls) and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the Firm's systems and internal controls mechanisms across the Regulatory and Financial Crime risk taxonomies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance or audit professional to join a leading CFD firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the local compliance teams to ensure that our business operates within regulatory requirements, whilst supporting our growth and development.

Responsibilities

Conducting independent, second line, compliance Assurance testing reviews to ensure that the firm is compliant with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Identifying, analysing and understanding how risk can occur in our business and designing testing approach’s that will identify potential weaknesses in the firms control environment.

Executing both design and operational testing across all areas of applicable risk.

Manage and validate issues resulting from Compliance Assurance testing.

Participate in the development of the Compliance Assurance process, including use of AI in supporting the testing approach.

Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Conducting investigations and reviews of compliance issues, and issues and making recommendations
for corrective action.

Creating reports that detail Compliance Assurance plan progress and identified findings to update management.

Maintaining accurate records and files of all Compliance Assurance and Monitoring testing work.

Both lead compliance projects and thematic reviews and support the existing team with co-ordinating ongoing assignments.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience within the financial services industry ideally in second line Compliance Assurance and testing, Audit and/or Controls Testing functions.

Understanding of assurance/audit testing principles across Design and Operational testing of controls

Knowledge of ``global regulatory framework, particularly in relation to UK, European and CySEC regulations.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, business or accounting, is preferred but not essential.
