Support regulatory excellence through operational oversight and compliance insight

The Role
As a Junior Analyst within Capco’s Managed Services team, you will play a key role in supporting compliance, governance, and regulatory operations for leading financial institutions. You’ll work closely with internal control and compliance teams to help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to build foundational expertise in financial services regulation within a collaborative and fast-evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review trade surveillance alerts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders for investigation and resolution
• Process and investigate personal account dealing and outside business activities
• Maintain periodic watch and restricted list reporting across defined cycles
• Support regulatory compliance testing and assist with FINRA registration and exam processes
• Contribute to policy and procedure reviews, including updates and development of new processes

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of professional experience in financial services, compliance, or operations
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing risk and compliance issues
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, Federal Reserve)
• ACAMS and/or SIE certification
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring or trade surveillance tools

The Role
We are seeking a Consultant to lead and enhance KYC risk management capabilities for a leading financial institution. This role focuses on ensuring robust alignment with regulatory expectations while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the KYC lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support a strong compliance culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the KYC risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Identify, assess, and monitor KYC-related risks across onboarding, periodic, and event-driven reviews
• Develop and maintain risk methodologies, assessments, and control standards for KYC processes
• Analyze KYC metrics and trends to identify emerging risks and control gaps
• Partner with compliance, operations, audit, and technology teams to support risk mitigation and remediation

• Proven experience in KYC, AML, or financial crime risk management within financial services or consulting

About the Job:

As a member of our team, you will work across Capco’s insurance clients and partners to help improve and transform insurance.  This role will focus on implementing business and technical requirements through the configuration of the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS).  As Business Analyst and FAST Configuration Analyst, you will closely partner with system vendor and client subject matter experts to determine the best configuration options to satisfy requirements and to bring value to our clients.  You bring insurance expertise in Service and Operations and Product to bear through configuration changes.   We leverage deep insurance expertise, creative problem solving, and a foundation of high quality, experienced business analysis to reduce risk and provide value to our client partners.  This work is critical in realizing the value of transformational and modernization efforts.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Using techniques from a range of disciplines, including computer programming, insurance product development, and business process design and optimization, you will help implement and enhance the FAST PAS to support and bring value to Capco insurance clients.
• Continue to develop and grow your experience with configuring FAST’s PAS while solving complex problems for Capco’s insurance clients.
• Support and improve our adherence to standards and best practices for FAST configuration.
• Support the importance of efficient and effective business processes, data integrity and quality, as well as standards and consistency.
• Provide clear communications on status, risks, issues, and timelines for implementation.
• Collaborate with Capco and client insurance product experts to ensure requirements are understood along with the implications of key decisions on the ongoing servicing.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to understand and implement solutions and configuration changes to support technical requirements and processing.
• Provide solution options and recommendations by thinking through processes, issues, risks, and service goals.   You will provide insights into trade-offs between tactical and strategic solution options while recommending solutions.

What you’ll bring with You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required
• 0-1 years of experience with configuration supporting Life or Annuity implementation and enhancements on the FAST Policy Administration System
• Proficiency with MS Excel is required
• Working knowledge of XSLT, XML/Json, Rest/SOAP APIs, and SQL
• Ability to work independently but primarily works with others to develop and implement configuration solutions
• Knowledge of development and deployment lifecycles
• Ability to problem solve, understanding the big picture and a focus on details
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences

As part of Capco’s Technology Delivery Team, you will bring hands-on experience in agile delivery and engineering best practices to develop innovative AI-driven solutions. As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will contribute across the full AI lifecycle—from experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment—helping deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for financial services clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build applications using foundation models and modern GenAI techniques (e.g., RAG, agent-based workflows)
• Develop and experiment with autonomous or semi-autonomous agent frameworks
• Contribute to full-stack AI solutions, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing components
• Deploy and scale AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support knowledge sharing across the team

What We’re Looking For
