Role Summary

The Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in supporting change delivery and process optimisation across Transfer Agency product platforms. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, the BA is responsible for analysing business processes, defining requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Working across global teams, the BA contributes to the planning, design, and delivery of enhancements, system changes, and client onboarding initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Capture, analyse, and document business and system requirements, including IT processes
• Identify business standards, data requirements and determine appropriate Operating Standards

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
• Knowledge of Global Product Delivery and CPFIS flows and reports
• Good understanding of Transfer Agency or Fund Administration operations and best practices
• Experience working on system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and client onboarding
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements elicitation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across global teams

About the Job

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant, you will be playing a key role in the delivery of projects and working on client site to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors. You will be responsible for analysis, design, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction and issues. About the Job

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the Underwriting Digitalisation Journey. This role will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end project delivery, working closely with Project Managers, as well as stakeholders across Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teams.

Your Role

About the Job

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant – Data, you will use your deep data expertise to develop actionable and effective data strategies to sustainably deliver business outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for analysis, design, and consulting support for leading clients across Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction and issues. Fitting that description, you will also need to be supremely motivated person and able to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the client’s data Target Operating Model (TOM), including design of processes, roles & responsibilities, and governance to sustain the data strategy in BAU.
• Scoping, mobilizing, and running the delivery of client data strategy and operating model projects, and defining data policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Reviewing existing client data processes, tooling, and governance, and providing recommendations to improve their effectiveness.
• Creating and driving solutions for any of the following areas: Data Classification, Data Protection, Data Retention, and Data Minimization.
• Translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work.
• Providing deliverables like standard definitions, reference models, and architecture designs to help assess the impact of new and ongoing technology investment on the business and IT estate.
• Acts as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.
• Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, e.g., defining, and deconstructing problems.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, especially senior management.
• Produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables (proposals, customer presentations, consulting reports) to effectively communicate project findings.
• Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working would be an advantage.

As a Senior Consultant on the Insurance team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on a range of challenging projects across our insurance practice. We are seeking individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise across the insurance value chain Life, Pensions, Health & Employee Benefits and General Insurance / Property & Casualty. As a Senior Consultant within Capco, you will be working with insurance leads in identifying the strategy and drivers for change and effecting change across business operations and technology.
