What is the Role? 

CAMP is seeking charismatic Actors/Performers for a large-scale, family-friendly Immersive Bluey x CAMP collaboration in our CAMP Store on 5th Avenue. This show will feature scripted dialogue as well as improvised material, while engaging with kids and families in a 5000 sq ft space. 

Pay rate:  $24.50 hourly

Contract: 3/1/2026 - 8/30/2026 (with possibility of extension)

Hours/Availability: 

• The schedule will range anywhere from 5 hrs to 30 hrs per week,  between 4-5 hour shifts for a 4 month contract (with possibility of extension). 
• Ability to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

What is required?

• Improv ability is a must.
• All gender identities are welcome.
• You must be local to New York City or surrounding areas
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• You are authorized to work lawfully in the United States

Role Requirements:

• Must be between 5 ft and 5’4” 
• This is fully costumed, including a size XS/ S bodysuit to be worn underneath the costume and a full headpiece
• The role will not require speaking.
• Other details:
  • Never speak in costume, but communicate with the public through body language and gestures
  • Must never stand still and keep up the animation at all times to make magic happen!
  • Mascot costume is full body and head - wearing the costume is an essential function of the position 
• Ability to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• You are authorized to work lawfully in the United States

What is the Role? 

We are looking for retail Sales Associate (part-time) to join our CAMP 5th Ave, NY team. You will be responsible for guiding CAMP’s families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return!  This includes: 

• Bring the CAMP brand to life. Provide a fully immersive experience for customers of all ages by:
  • This involves engaging in conversations with families about what they are interested in and for what ages and introducing them to relevant items as well as items they didn't know they want or need, ultimately netting in purchases! 
• Welcoming every guest who walks into our store with a custom greeting and performing your own magic door entrance!  
• Playing with and engaging families as they journey through CAMP experience
• Demoing and playing with products
• Customizing personal shopping experiences for each family based on their interests and what they’d like to bring home that day.
• Checking families out at the register and letting them know about upcoming programs or other CAMP news
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s through consistent commitment to providing best in class selling experiences
• Build repeat customer base by creating a selling culture that is approachable, unique and tailored to individual customer needs
• Support a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity and a passion for the Camp brand
• Assist in merchandising and replenishing the sales floor to ensure the store is fully stocked and always customer ready
• Communicate customer and store needs to General Manager and store leadership to ensure the store operates efficiently at all times
• Assist with Back of House tasks to ensure organized and efficient store operations
• Support the General Manager and leadership team with goal achievement (KPIs)
• You will report to the General Manager (GM) of your home store location
• Other duties as assigned

What is required?

• Ability to work at least one weekend day/week, but ideally both! 
• This role is part-time, and you will be working approximately 5-20 hours / each week
• Positive attitude in all situations
• Passion for selling and working with people
• Prior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child-care, child development/ education, performing arts.
• Excellence, enthusiasm, and excitement around engaging with children and families creatively.
• Desire to be part of a tight-knit team looking to transform the traditional retail experience.
• Patience, warmth, joy, and humor.
• 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the US

What are the physical demands?

• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights (may be climbing up and down a ladder)
• Exposure to outdoor elements such as sun, precipitation, and wind
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store
• Ability to safely operate manual and electrical equipment from time to time
• Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
• Kneeling and squatting from time to time when engaging children or stocking / restocking shelves

Compensation: $18.50/hr

Job Title: Director of Brand Partnerships

Location: Remote

Compensation: $80k – $100k base + commissions. Starting salary is determined by the candidate's level of experience and expertise

Reports to: Chief Partnerships Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a driven salesperson with a passion for experiential & digital marketing. As Director of Brand Partnerships, you will report to CAMP’s Chief Partnerships Officer and work on the CAMP Lab’s team. You have experience in experiential and digital partnership sales and activations and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations and sales goals. You have a robust rolodex of senior marketing partners. You have excellent negotiation and customer service skills. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, start-up environment while being independent in managing your own book of business. You don't wait for a perfectly packaged product to sell, you listen to your clients' needs and provide proactive solutions based on their needs. You have an entrepreneurial mindset; no task is too big or too small for you to tackle.

What you’ll do at CAMP

• Proactively identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities at the local, regional, and national levels
• Develop customized, ROI/KPI-driven proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partner objectives
• Lead all aspects of the sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative partnership platforms and activation concepts
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets
• Represent the CAMP brand with professionalism and strategic insight in external meetings, events, and hospitality settings
• Manage select post sale programs and execute those programs from start to finish
• Maintain involvement in partnerships post-sale to support long-term partner success
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging sponsorship opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years work experience in partnership/sponsorship sales, experiential activations and/or custom digital content
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to sales
• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Established network of brand and agency contacts preferred
• Start-up experience is a bonus but not a requirement
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
