The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for performing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations of Breeze aircraft, including troubleshooting, performing run-up and taxi procedures, and signing mechanical flight releases. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports to a Line Maintenance Supervisor and carries out instructions as assigned in accordance with FAA regulations and Breeze policy and procedures.

As certified AMTs, you have an important role to ensure the safety of our fellow Breeze Team members and Guests as well as the airworthiness of our fleet.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Perform all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
• Responsible and accountable for all work performed
• Complete all appropriate Breeze forms on all work assigned and performed
• Properly handle all parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft while in the repair process
• Ensure that all documentation is kept current as to open discrepancies and completed corrective actions
• Complete all associated and required documentation for all maintenance work performed or inspections conducted accurately and correctly
• Submit personal OJT Task Cards on time and accurately
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean, and operative condition and ensure all tools are accounted for at completion of all assigned tasks
• Properly care for and use tooling and equipment used for aircraft maintenance
• Notify the Maintenance Supervisor and all other appropriate Team Members of any condition that would compromise the airworthiness of Breeze aircraft
• Maintain a valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, or Repairman Certificate, and keep the certificate available for inspection by the FAA, NTSB, or Breeze Supervisor/Manager
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Maintenance Leadership, MOC, and/or DOM

Minimum Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft types
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
• Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions
• Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Under the general direction of the Materials Operations Supervisors, the Materials Specialist maintains the warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation of materials. This person will be working with the Maintenance Department at the station to ensure adequate supply of materiel for aircraft maintenance and ensure material needs are met throughout the organization. Material Specialists work with others to execute logistics in a detail-oriented, dynamic, and safe environment.

Starting pay is $18.50

Here’s what you’ll do

• Responsible for daily oversight of Material Stores and Line Material operations
• Oversee and problem-solve issues associated with inventory accuracy, parts issuing, shipping, receiving, stocking, material handling, and equipment
• Responsible for warehouse operations of Technical and Non-Technical inventory
• Perform data entry into the company inventory system to include locating, issuing, receiving, shipping of materials, warehousing of supplies, tools, and materials
• Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) for movement of inventory, tooling, and special equipment for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
• Monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinate stock level adjustments with Maintenance, Purchasing, and/or other departments within the company
• Perform inventory audits, inspections, inventory reconciliations, and maintain compliance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
• Conduct physical inventory, ensuring adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels
• Work in conjunction with Maintenance and Quality departments to complete calibrated tooling, Shelf-Life audits, and replacements for monthly regulatory compliance
• Perform periodic receiving inspection functions as assigned to by Quality Control
• Prepare Hazmat material shipments in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance Planning to prepare fleet modification kits
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Materials

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
• 1 yr minimum experience with data entry or inventory management
• Strong technical and analytical background to provide TRAX, Excel, and other reports
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a driving record that meets Breeze Airways standards
• Ability to drive company vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and other Ground Service Equipment (GSE)

The Materials Supervisor oversees the warehouse and inventory management of materials and parts for the Breeze Material Operations Department at the warehouse and flight line. Responsibilities include receiving, binning, issuing, shipping, securing, and maintaining integrity of all Breeze materials. The Supervisor develops, implements, and documents operational processes and procedures, including tracking associated operational metrics for efficient materials handling. They also monitor and review activities of the Materials Operations Team during unattended supervisory shifts.

Here's what you'll do

• Lead and monitors the warehouse team and participates in daily warehouse functions such as receiving, binning, issuing, shipping, management, and security of all warehouse materials.
• Oversees, monitors, and reviews activity of all Material Operations specialists during their shift.
• Perform material receiving in accordance with Breeze GMM, to ensure parts conform to purchase/repair orders requirements and contain the proper documentation.
• Maintains accurate bin balances through accurate transactions and physical inventories check.
• Manages the shelf-life program to ensure no materials are used in aircraft maintenance beyond their shelf life limits.
• Manages the tooling and equipment storage, repairs, calibration, handling, control, and logistics.
• Maintain the quarantine and disposition of unserviceable and questionable parts.
• Manages the area segregation for airborne and non-aircraft parts/materials.
• Assists with unserviceable parts review and disposition. Makes recommendations in scrap/repair decisions and ensures scrapped parts are dispositioned in accordance with Breeze policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates with Technical Buyer and Repair Coordinator to track all purchase and repair orders.
• Communicates with Maintenance to identify and correct potential disruptions related to parts or tooling for AOG, DMIs, MELs, NEF and scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate and direct the distribution of all parts including AOG shipments
• Work with Transportation providers on pick-ups and deliveries.
• Control & manage inventory movements of Breeze owned and consigned inventory.
• Manage team to perform cycle counts of Breeze owned and consigned parts.
• Responsible for the handling of hazardous materials including domestic and international shipping.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in requisitioning, receiving, storing, moving, issuing, and shipping aircraft materials, supplies and equipment, including experience in warehousing functions, policies, and procedures
• Previous experience with leading an airline warehouse operation
• Knowledge of supervisory work and leadership skills and techniques
• Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control practices for a wide variety of parts, supplies, and equipment
• Forklift experience required
• General understanding of FAA regulations including FAR part 121 operations
