WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and approval of billing and revenue accuracy of sales orders being entered into financial systems.
- Maintaining quality reviews in a high volume transactional environment
- Perform month end reconciliations and reviews between all revenue cycle systems
- Assist with financial audits and SOX compliance
- Work with deal desk/sales/legal to ensure accuracy and rev rec compliance in various systems across the Business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
- Help lead the quarterly & year end audits and be a point of contact for our external auditors
- Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly close procedures
- Assist in maintaining SOX compliance in their respective processes
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (mix of public accounting and/or SaaS industry experience)
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with reading and interpreting contractual language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet tight timelines; able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in Salesforce (or any similar CRM), NetSuite and/or Zuora is preferred
- Ability to undertake other ad hoc analyses and special projects as required
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manager, Accounting to serve as the operational accounting lead in a growing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, this individual will oversee a team of financial accountants and own a broad range of month-end and quarter-end close activities.
The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. The person will also bring a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies. In this role, you will be a key contributor with regular exposure to senior leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation and review of GAAP-compliant journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and flux analyses
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including cash, accruals, payroll and benefits accounting, operating expenses, cost of revenue, software expenses and headcount and costing allocations
- Coordinate and support statutory compliance and audits for international entities
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives and SOX compliance enhancements, document and monitor internal controls
- Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the month-end close process
- Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors, including preparation and review of PBC deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and other departments to gather financial data and enhance reporting processes
- Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis team members to help determine causes around budget variances
- Be a central point of contact for queries directed to the corporate accounting for internal stakeholders and assist and lead ad-hoc projects
- Manage key accounting systems and lead or support system optimization initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, including performance management and career development
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Prior experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm preferred
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience in a high-growth, publicly traded company environment preferred
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (gSuite)
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and Numeric preferred
- Demonstrated ability to optimize accounting and finance processes
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with international teams and intercompany accounting/consolidation
- Experience working with the tokenisation of software expense experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $134,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $150,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

Main responsibilities:
- Own Marketing and a portion of the GTM budget, forecast, and long-range planning process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to model scenarios related to spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs
- Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into investment needs
- Act as the primary FP&A business partner to Marketing, Growth, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations leadership, including VPs and Directors for Cost Investments and their growth strategies
- Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on strategies and initiatives
- Support scenario modeling related to growth initiatives, product investments, and efficiency improvements
- Help drive data-driven decision making by highlighting trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement
- Develop and maintain Marketing spend forecasts, incorporating pipeline plans, campaign timing, and expected ROI
- Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into Marketing investment needs
- Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in a financial reporting function
- Undergrad degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Possess advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Understanding of SaaS accounting/finance is a plus
- Ability to be flexible and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Braze is growing and seeking someone to help us scale our Procurement operations. This new position on the Finance team will be responsible for global activities related to the procurement of corporate goods and services including technology, marketing, facilities, etc. We are looking for someone who can collaborate extremely well with internal partners like Accounting, Legal, and Finance as well as internal stakeholders to develop and execute our procurement to pay lifecycle to align with business requirements and exceed objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Purchase Order creation and tracking
- Collaborate with Business Owners to monitor and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders throughout the PR/PO lifecycle; including business partner outreach, updating ownership and closing out POs
- Support for DocuSign contract routing
- Entering/Correcting/Tracking existing and new vendor contract details
- Vendor contract renewal reminders for business owners
- Manage invoice issues and get them fixed in collaboration with Accounts Payable
- Manage the vendor onboarding process
- Help aggregate and archive all existing and future vendor contracts to a centralized location
- Assist and train end users with the creation of Purchase Orders and all other P2P activities
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or partner management
- Some technology contract experience with SaaS, Subscription, and Marketing is a plus, but not needed
- Financial, tech and process-savvy person who loves to improve processes, systems and tools that benefit our teams and internal customers and partners
- Team player with collaborative style and proven track record of building successful relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Enjoy learning new technology, and you have deep experience configuring and continuously improving various procurement operations tools, systems and supporting software tools like; Coupa, Netsuite, JIRA and contract management systems

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manager, Accounting to serve as the operational accounting lead in a growing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, this individual will oversee a team of financial accountants and own a broad range of month-end and quarter-end close activities.
The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. The person will also bring a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies. In this role, you will be a key contributor with regular exposure to senior leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation and review of GAAP-compliant journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and flux analyses
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including cash, accruals, payroll and benefits accounting, operating expenses, cost of revenue, software expenses and headcount and costing allocations
- Coordinate and support statutory compliance and audits for international entities
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives and SOX compliance enhancements, document and monitor internal controls
- Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the month-end close process
- Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors, including preparation and review of PBC deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and other departments to gather financial data and enhance reporting processes
- Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis team members to help determine causes around budget variances
- Be a central point of contact for queries directed to the corporate accounting for internal stakeholders and assist and lead ad-hoc projects
- Manage key accounting systems and lead or support system optimization initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, including performance management and career development
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Prior experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm preferred
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience in a high-growth, publicly traded company environment preferred
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (gSuite)
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and Numeric preferred
- Demonstrated ability to optimize accounting and finance processes
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with international teams and intercompany accounting/consolidation
- Experience working with the tokenisation of software expense experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $134,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $150,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

Team Overview: The Renewals Team at Braze is responsible for managing the company's book of business, identifying risks and opportunities across accounts. Responsibilities:
As a Renewal Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end renewal process for contracts within your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Payroll Lead plays an important role in the Finance Department by ensuring data in the payroll system is accurate and complete. This position works alongside the Sr. Manager, Payroll to ensure that information and processes are accurate and compliant while being processed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the payroll processing functions and ensure that a high level of accuracy is maintained and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end international payroll function for 300+ employees and growing
- Manage foreign payroll operations for the Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia and Dubai offices
- Lead the geographic expansion of payroll processing into new countries as the company rapidly expands its global footprint, support payroll system testing, and implementations.
- Lead the payroll due diligence and integration for any potential acquisitions
- Develop a close working partnership with the Global People team to implement process improvements and optimize payroll processes including enhancements of existing payroll systems.
- Maintain policies and procedures including key internal control documentation
- Demonstrated ability to provide direction and leadership at all levels of the organization
- Manage process to create payroll journal entries for import into accounting system
- Work with tax agencies and in-country payroll service providers to resolve tax issues
- Provide support for various audits, as needed
- Act as escalation point for complex payroll queries
WHO YOU ARE
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll experience in APAC region
- Ability to provide excellent payroll service
- Thorough knowledge of APAC payroll taxes and regulations
- Experience with Workday and other Foreign Payroll Platforms (ADP Celergo)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Demonstrated technical aptitude, high level of accuracy, organization, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to meet hard deadlines and work under pressure

- Solid experience setting-up payroll in foreign countries

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Global Tax team at Braze manages direct and indirect tax compliance, provision, and planning across our US and international footprint to support a high-growth, public SaaS company. Based in Bucharest, Romania, this Senior Tax Analyst will be a key contributor to VAT and US sales & use tax compliance, global income tax provision (ASC 740), and direct tax filings. You will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Billing, and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable tax processes that keep pace with our global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file timely and accurate indirect tax returns, including US sales and use tax and VAT, including payments, reconciliations, and maintenance of the compliance calendar.
- Determine taxability for SaaS/software, digital services, and professional services; maintain tax codes and product taxability matrices; support nexus assessments, registrations, and deregistrations in new and existing jurisdictions.
- Reconcile indirect tax and income tax accounts to the general ledger; perform month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, and resolve variances.
- Support audits and inquiries from US state/local and tax authorities (ANAF), including data gathering, analysis, and drafting responses.
- Assist with quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740, including current and deferred tax calculations, book-to-tax differences, ETR analyses, and financial statement disclosures.
- Support preparation of direct income tax returns and estimated payments for US federal and state and non-US corporate income taxes in collaboration with external advisors.
- Maintain and enhance SOX-compliant tax processes and internal controls; document procedures and drive continuous process improvements and automation across provision and compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally to review contracts, billing flows, and new product/market launches for tax implications; advise on VAT place-of-supply, reverse charge, digital services regimes, and US sales tax exemptions and certificate management.
- Provide data and analytics for tax forecasting, cash tax planning, balance sheet rollforwards, and operational dashboards; ensure data integrity across ERP and billing systems.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, including tax technology enablement (ERP/tax engine integrations), transfer pricing data support, M&A due diligence and integration, and global tax registrations.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CECCAR, ADIT, CPA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in a multinational environment or Big Four/shared services, with hands-on indirect tax compliance (VAT and US sales & use) and exposure to direct income tax.
- Strong knowledge of VAT rules (e.g., place of supply, reverse charge, OSS/IOSS, invoicing requirements) and practical experience with multi-state US sales & use tax compliance.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740; experience supporting quarterly/annual income tax provision preferred.
- Familiarity with SOX/internal controls and public-company close timelines.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort extracting and transforming large datasets from ERP/billing systems; experience with BI/reporting tools and tax engines (e.g., Vertex, Avalara) and tax provision/compliance software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate complex tax concepts for non-tax stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions.
- Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple deadlines across time zones and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external advisors, and tax authorities.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential.
