This role is critical in managing a high volume of calls, routing inquiries efficiently, and upholding the firm's reputation for client care and service.

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation while consistently providing exceptional customer service to clients.
