Brand New School is seeking a Mid to Senior Strategist who is an architect of brand thinking. This role translates complex business and operational requirements into clear, distinct brand systems across touchpoints. You will serve as the bridge between client challenges and our design solutions, ensuring that our work is not only beautiful but strategically and commercially resonant.
You are a rigorous thinker who thrives on structure and clarity. You speak the language of the C-Suite, defend your work with sound business rationale, and provide the scaffolding on which our design systems are visualized.
We are not building a traditional agency planning department. We’re building a Creative Intelligence Unit that supercharges our design and content prowess with business and cultural rigor.
$110,000 – $130,000. Brand New School attracts a team with unique skillsets and varying levels of experience. Salary ranges are broad, commensurate with experience, and refined during the interview process.

As we expand with a presence in London, we are building a small, senior team to shape the next chapter of Brand New School globally.
We are seeking a full-time Brand Strategist for our London studio with a strong understanding of brand design and the ability to build clear, scalable brand systems and visual languages. This is a hands-on role for an experienced strategist with brand-building and social expertise, driven by insight and conviction.
You will work closely with Design Directors, the ECD, and extended creative teams, building strategies that anchor distinctive, flexible brand expressions. Working across multiple projects at once, you’ll create roadmaps for brand systems that operate seamlessly across static, motion, and digital environments.
As part of a small London team, you’ll help set the standard for strategic quality and how brand work is made. The role suits someone who is globally minded, design-literate, and motivated by creating meaningful cultural connections.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a full time Motion Design Lead for our London studio, with deep expertise in motion design and a strong point of view on how motion shapes brand systems and identity.
This role is for an experienced motion designer who thinks beyond individual animations and assets, designing motion as a core part of brand language. You will help define how brands move, behave, and evolve across platforms, building kinetic identities that are clear, expressive, and scalable.
You will work closely with the ECD, Design Directors, brand designers, and technologists, contributing from early concept through to delivery. Alongside project work, you will help foster a culture of exploration, research, and experimentation in motion, raising the studio’s ambition and fluency in this space.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a dynamic Design & Animation Producer for a full-time role at our New York studio – someone who can anticipate both client and internal creative team needs, engage directly with clients to intuitively interpret feedback, and think proactively not only to keep projects moving forward but also to help guide their destiny.
The ideal candidate understands challenges at their core and can collaborate with their team of artists and the production staff to solve them creatively and efficiently. They know when to act or ask for support, when to raise awareness, and when to be flexible or firm in service of the work.
