How You’ll Make An Impact
The AI Strategy & Business Transformation Lead is a strategic advisor for Boomi’s strategic customer engagements. You will act as a peer-level consultant for the C-Suite, transforming complex Agentic AI capabilities into compelling business cases that justify major capital investment. Your mission is to craft provocative business-driven narratives that dismantle inertia, secure C-Suite buy-in, and position Boomi as the definitive engine of business transformation.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $155K - $214K. How You'll Make An Impact
We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to join our AI & Platform GTM team. This team is responsible for operationalizing a scalable commercial engine that aligns our platform, sellers, and ecosystem against our highest-value market opportunities.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will not only design the sales plays that guide our global field, but you will also act as a "Special Forces" resource for our most strategic deals, providing the analytical rigor, financial modeling, and executive-level storytelling required to close complex AI transformations.

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $123,502 - $154,378 CAD annually + applicable bonus. We are seeking a seasoned Principal AI Field Architect to join our elite global team at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation. In this highly strategic role, you will serve as the lead technical visionary for our most critical enterprise engagements. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution, working with C-level stakeholders to shape long-term AI roadmaps while also mentoring field teams on our "Find, Prove, Deliver" GTM model.
Drive C-Suite Engagement: Establish and grow trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO), leading executive visioning sessions and innovation workshops to shape long-term AI adoption roadmaps.
Architect Flagship Solutions: Lead discovery and technical design for our most complex, high-stakes enterprise accounts, architecting robust, scalable solutions that may require net-new agentic processes.
Govern the Solution Lifecycle: Serve as the ultimate technical authority throughout strategic customer engagements, from initial vision-setting with the AI Expert SC to overseeing the successful delivery by the Forward Deployed Engineer.
Influence Product and GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay field insights, identify gaps in our prebuilt agent inventory, and influence the product roadmap based on strategic customer needs.
Mentor and Scale Field Teams: Act as a thought leader within the organization, mentoring Solutions Consultants and Forward Deployed Engineers and helping to evolve and refine our AI solution delivery best practices.
10+ years in enterprise architecture, strategic consulting, or systems integration roles.
Proven success leading technical engagements with Fortune 1000 enterprises, from discovery through delivery, especially in high-stakes or regulated environments.
Executive communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align autonomous AI capabilities with real business problems.
Deep expertise in designing and delivering complex, scalable AI-enabled solutions, including hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
Extensive experience with enterprise integration technologies (APIs, ESBs, iPaaS) and a deep understanding of data pipelines, governance, observability, and secure AI deployment patterns.
Strategic presence with the ability to lead engagements independently, operate across functions, and thrive in ambiguous enterprise environments.
