About the Position
Bluefish is seeking an exceptional product leader with the rare ability to own every aspect of the product lifecycle — from high-level strategy to detailed execution — while building and leading a world-class product organization. The VP of Product will set the vision and direction for our entire product portfolio, serving as both a strategic executive and a hands-on leader who can inspire a team while rolling up their sleeves when it matters.
This role spans all levels of leadership — from defining broad product vision and company strategy to developing detailed specs and guiding implementation. As both a strategic driver and an empowering manager, you will be the executive force behind our product's success, responsible for aligning the organization around customer needs and ensuring we're building the right solutions to solve real problems at scale.
You must be comfortable operating at the executive level while remaining grounded in product craft — engaging directly with the board and leadership on strategy, while also diving deep with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. You will thrive navigating an ambiguous and rapidly evolving AI marketing landscape, and you know how to build and scale a product organization from an early stage.
The ideal candidate has experience scaling products and teams in both startup and enterprise environments, is deeply customer-oriented, and is motivated by the challenge of building something category-defining from the ground up.

Bluefish is seeking a Technical Product Manager with deep experience in text processing, analysis, and access to help define, build, and scale our brand data products.
You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from vision to execution— for products at the forefront of brand data integration into the AI ecosystem. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical depth: you should feel equally comfortable discussing embeddings and NLP pipelines with engineers as you are framing user value and data stories for brand marketing and analytics teams.
You’ll collaborate across engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to design capabilities that turn massive text datasets into action for enterprise customers. About the Position
Bluefish is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing product and engineering team. You’ll work closely with leadership, product managers and engineers to create user-centered experiences at the forefront of AI Marketing. What You’ll Be Doing
Shape the Bluefish platform with meaningful, intuitive, and impactful features aligned with user and business needs
Lead Design Lifecycle Execution – Lead the design process from opportunity identification and vision setting to collaborating with product and engineering for high-quality execution. Define and design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions that enhance usability and elevate the customer experience
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints
User Centered Approach – Leverage both qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather user and UX insights to drive informed design decisions
Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure a consistent, scalable, and cohesive design language across all products
Take full ownership of key design initiatives, ensuring that solutions are thoughtfully conceptualized, efficiently executed, and successfully shipped to users.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a college degree or equivalent practical experience in interactive design, HCI, or a related discipline
Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and data-rich dashboards, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced product environments
Experience working with design systems and component libraries, ensuring scalable and cohesive design solutions
Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Able to build beautiful, compelling, and functional prototypes to test with users and stakeholders
Experience working iteratively in an agile engineering environment, collaborating closely with product managers and developers
Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform and refine design decisions
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale persuasively across all levels of the organization, including executives

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and execute a successful end-to-end product strategy with a clearly defined vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market needs.
Spot trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Apply rigor to deeply understand customer needs and pain points. Identify and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to customers and differentiate Bluefish. Translate learnings and insights into actionable product opportunities, technical requirements, and product strategy.
Manage the full product development lifecycle while collaborating with and driving clarity and alignment between leadership, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
Define and monitor product success, evaluate ROI, and drive customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities and addressing blockers.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a product management role or 7+ years other equivalent experience, with a mix of startup and enterprise environments preferred.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products, with experience in AI-driven or marketing technology platforms preferred.
Strong technical acumen—comfortable working closely with engineers, reading code (preferred but not required), and understanding system architecture.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills (including excellent written communications). Ability to drive clarity and inspire confidence in working teams, customers, and partners.
Customer facing experience including managing roadmap expectations and conducting customer discovery.
Startup-ready mentality—excited by the challenge of building from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
Deep empathy for users and a relentless focus on delivering customer value.
Ability to zoom in and out: manage technical details while also seeing the big picture.
