This is a fully onsite role in Chesterfield
Responsibilities:
- Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
- Assists in the preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping
- Maintenance of inventory including inventory storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating
- Provide patient care to accurately support our programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
- Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- High School diploma or GED required
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is required
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies

The Opportunity
As a Training Coordinator at BlinkRx, you will be the operational backbone of our Learning & Development team, ensuring that every new Blinker has a seamless, well-supported onboarding experience. You will own the logistics, tracking, and coordination that allow our trainers to focus on delivery while you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of people operations, healthcare compliance, and learning technology. You will work closely with trainers, department leaders, and cross-functional partners to execute programs that directly shape how new hires experience BlinkRx from day one. This role reports into Manager, Training Design and Delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love systems and details, and care about people — this role is for you.
This will be a hybrid position (2 days WFH) based within our Pittsburgh, PA or Chesterfield, MO office.
Key Responsibilities
New Hire Onboarding Preparation
- Set up and manage new hire cohort administrative tasks such as assigning curricula via our LMS (Absorb), establishing channels of communication, and scheduling logistics.
- Coordinate classroom readiness (clean, stocked, organized) for in-person locations, including coordinating with points of contact at Pittsburgh and St. Louis sites
- Manage and troubleshoot both our LMS and third-party portals to ensure new hire access and meet completion deadlines
Training Administration & Compliance Tracking
- Approve new hire timecards and track daily attendance throughout training programs
- Monitor and report on compliance training completion, both internally and for pharma partners
- Track new hire report card completion; notify relevant stakeholders and manage follow-up when reports are not completed on schedule
- Coordinate desk moves and seating logistics in partnership with Workplace Services (WPS)
- Manage nesting and live production call type assignments via Amazon Connect
Post-Class & Reporting
- Drive and manage the automation of regular reporting needs such as annual compliance or completion tracking
- Manage the distribution, completion, and aggregation of post-training surveys (eNPS)
- Compile and prepare eNPS and survey results for monthly team review
- Maintain training records and certification tracking in the LMS and other internal systems in preparation for audits
- Track and report on training completion as needed
LMS & Technology Support
- Serve as a day-to-day LMS administrator, resolving issues such as forgotten passwords, missing course assignments, and access errors across Absorb and partner portals (e.g., Pfizer)

Program Overview:
Our Pharmacy Operations Associate Program is a structured, full-time, rotational program designed for individuals interested in launching a career in healthcare and pharmacy services. Over the course of the program, you will rotate through key operational areas within BlinkRx’s closed-door pharmacy operations. In each rotation you will learn critical business functions and skill sets while getting hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our mission.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a full-time role within the department that best matches your skills, interests, and organizational needs.
Program Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centric mindset characterized by a natural inclination for empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities:
- Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions as per Blink protocols
- Handle provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
- Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Other duties as assigned in Pharmacy Technician role
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required
- PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
- Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
- Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
Your Schedule This is a full-time, onsite role with evening availability required. We have three shift options:
- 12 PM – 8 PM EST, Monday – Friday
- 1 PM – 9 PM EST, Monday – Friday
- Rotating 40-hour schedule between 8 AM – 9 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Saturday shifts rotate among the team (9 AM – 5 PM EST) you'll always know your schedule in advance.

Responsibilities:
- Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations
- Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient pharmacy benefits coverage
- Maintain compliance with patient assistance program guidelines

Responsibilities:
- Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations
- Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient pharmacy benefits coverage

The Opportunity
The Patient Services Operations team is central in advancing our mission to provide affordable care and deliver exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring real-time performance across the contact center and pharmacy operations, ensuring service levels are met through proactive staffing adjustments and data-driven decision-making.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned WFM Analyst that is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time contact center and pharmacy performance using Assembled, LivePerson, RxOs and Amazon Connect. This includes service levels, queue volumes, and agent adherence.
- Identify and communicate intra-day staffing gaps, risks, and opportunities to operations leadership.
- Execute real-time adjustments such as queue reassignments, break/lunch changes, overtime, or voluntary time off (VTO) to optimize staffing levels.
- Partner closely with Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between planned and actual staffing needs.
- Maintain real-time tracking reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics and operational health.

The Opportunity
The Patient Services Operations team is at the forefront of Blink’s mission to bring affordable prices and deliver the best experience for our patients. Required Qualifications:

Intake:
- Receive, enter, and process prescriptions as per Blink protocols
- Initiate requests to prescribers for refills
- Place outbound phone calls and receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, insurers and external transfers
- Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Complete order fulfillment on prescription orders, including filling and shipping
- Obtain a fundamental understanding of the Blink Health product for quick pharmacy assistance
- Resolve open orders through communication with pharmacists and the Blink Health Customer Experience team
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
- Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
- Active Pharmacy Intern license or Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted)
- P1-P4 students eligible
- Strong command of the English language
- Every Saturday 8am-4pm CT with flexible weekday shifts available (7am-7pm)
