We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our affiliate team, focusing on managing an expanding network of affiliates. This role primarily involves collaborating with prominent KOLs to ensure the effectiveness of their promotional efforts. A significant aspect of the position includes liaising with various internal departments to equip affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to attract more users to Binance. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, a background in marketing or public relations, and excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions. Given Binance's extensive affiliate network, you will be expected to deliver exceptional value through your work, surpassing competitors in the quest for top affiliates.

The role requires proficiency in using in-house tools, necessitating quick learning and collaboration with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing data.

Responsibilities:

Assist in growing the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and other potential partners

Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation processes for new affiliates

Help manage key affiliate accounts by maintaining regular communication and analyzing their performance data

Contribute to the creation and execution of promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI

Build and maintain reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance

Monitor competitor activities and assist in adjusting affiliate strategies accordingly

Support fraud detection efforts by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the affiliate network

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development

Familiarity with the crypto space is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

About Binance Square

Binance Square aims to be the one-stop social platform for the latest trends in Web3 and crypto. Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and expanding a global network of crypto content creators, KOLs, and community leaders, guiding them to join Binance Square.

Support creators throughout the entire onboarding process, including communication, documentation, and basic product guidance.

Track and analyze content performance and community feedback (e.g., engagement rates, growth metrics) to provide data-driven insights for content strategy and growth.

Assist in planning and executing online events such as AMAs, live streams, campaigns, and regional community operations
Continuously monitor crypto trends, hot topics, and emerging creators across global regions including CIS, LATAM, SEA, MENA, etc.

Support daily team operations and project execution to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

Current university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in Crypto, Web3, and content communities.

Experience in Web3, crypto industry, or internet content platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with at least one regional market (e.g., CIS, LATAM, Southeast Asia, Middle East) creator ecosystems or community environments.

Multilingual abilities preferred for better communication with internal & external stakeholders, including but not limited to: English + Chinese/Spanish/Russian/Portuguese.

Strong communication, execution, and project management skills.

Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-changing work environment.

Experience in community operations, content creation, or KOL collaboration is a plus

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for CIS Region who will take full ownership of local marketing campaigns. This role is for those who would like to drive crypto education and business growth through CIS market.

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of CIS marketing, from business strategy to marketing on-hands daily execution.

Develop and execute non-standard marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture and users.

Sign sponsorship projects and execute them independently.

Design and execute user growth campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention.

Build and strengthen community and Affiliates engagement.

Execute series of web2 partnerships, collaborations.

Organize and manage offline and online events (meetups, roadshows, collaborations).

Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.

Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred).

Proven track record in Brand Partnerships, Growth/ Affiliate Marketing or BD Communications.

Strong analytical mind, with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Comfortable taking full ownership on execution and operating with accountability.

Located in CIS; Wide marketing/Partners network within the region.

Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.

Bilingual English/Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
