Shift Hours: Tues-Sat PM 

• Weekday PM, 20% differential
• Weekend PM, 25% differential

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical laboratory daily supervision in alignment with company values and mission
• Hold General Supervisor delegation and responsibilities including oversight and support of day-to-day operations, scheduling, and troubleshooting
• Manage CLIA direct reports including licensed and/or unlicensed staff (CLS, Clinical Laboratory Assistants)
• Contribute to continuous process improvement projects including tech transfer, troubleshooting, training, and validations

We are looking for a detail oriented Accessioner (Part-Time) to be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day laboratory preparation and equipment maintenance in the Clinical Laboratory. Austin Expansion Update:
We are building a brand-new state-of-the-art laboratory in Austin, Texas, expected to launch in late 2027 / early 2028, and we are looking for talented laboratory professionals who want to be part of this journey from the very beginning.

Candidates hired into this role will initially relocate to the Bay Area (Union City, CA) to train and work alongside our experienced laboratory teams.
