Cross-Functional Leadership: Embody the connective tissue between Investment, Engineering, Product, Finance and Operations, managing the CEO relationship, resolving blockers, sharing context, and holding stakeholders accountable to integration timelines. Support deal teams in presenting Beacon’s integration approach to prospective acquisitions prior to close. Represent the integration function in cross-functional forums and escalate strategic priorities.

Function Building: Build and improve automation tools and AI-enabled workflows that make the integration process faster, more consistent, and more scalable across a growing portfolio. One of our portfolio companies is seeking a high-caliber Senior Oracle DBA & Infrastructure Engineer to lead our transition into a cloud-native future. 

This is a high-impact role requiring a "full-stack" infrastructure mindset. You will manage the intersection of enterprise database administration, cloud architecture, and secure networking. You will be responsible for the performance, security, and scalability of our proprietary ERP solution across 36 modules, ensuring seamless integration for a global client base.

Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior to principal product manager to help us build our data platform and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Beacon's internal data infrastructure. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of our platform engineering team and our integrations function, which onboards newly acquired companies within 90 days of close.

You will be responsible for partnering with our internal platform engineering team to unify the technology stacks of our portfolio companies into a coherent data platform, building agentic workflows that allow internal teams to query and act on data across the portfolio, and developing products that accelerate our BD and M&A function—from data room preparation to tracking acquisition velocity. This is a senior-level role in scope and ownership.

You’ll be joining Beacon’s Acceleration team, a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, GTM experts, and Product Analysts. We work closely with portfolio companies to solve problems, create and implement playbooks, and build new features and products.

As our first Product Analytics hire, you'll define what the Analytics function should be and build it from the ground up. You'll work across our entire portfolio and directly shape our biggest product decisions: what we build, how we build it, and how we measure success.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface new product and feature opportunities through analysis of customer and business data.
• Work with Acceleration’s team of product managers, designers, and forward-deployed engineers to validate customer problems and build new features.
• Measure the impact of products and features across portfolio companies, developing methodologies for attribution, retention analysis, and long-term value assessment.
• Identify leading indicators and proxy metrics that predict business outcomes and inform product decisions.
• Analyze data across Beacon's portfolio to find patterns, opportunities, and insights that apply across multiple businesses.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years in analytics or data science, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills
• Thrives in ambiguity and can self-direct without a predefined roadmap
