The L&D Sales Training Partner is a key member of the Learning & Development team and a strategic partner to Sales leadership. This role is responsible for building the sales capabilities that fuel BDA’s growth — designing, delivering, and sustaining high‑impact training that equips our Sales teams to win.
This individual will collaborate closely across BDA business units to elevate sales performance, enhance selling skills, support revenue‑driving initiatives, and contribute to a strong, scalable learning culture.
Location

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Position Overview:
At BDA, this position is internally known as a Sr. Program Account Manager — the person responsible for managing promotional merchandising programs and eCommerce assortments for our clients (not a technical or IT-focused program management role).
The Senior Program Account Manager role requires a highly strategic individual contributor who can independently lead complex client programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable revenue growth through data-driven merchandising and eCommerce strategies. It plays a crucial role in optimizing our online product offerings, ensuring inventory availability, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) plays a key role in supporting global Account Managers by ensuring seamless execution of branded merchandise programs across multiple markets. This position requires strong coordination, organization, and communication skills to manage product sourcing, quoting, order processing, and delivery tracking while meeting the unique needs of international clients.
CSC’s operate behind the scenes but have visibility into client needs, brand strategy, and service expectations. They collaborate closely with vendors, internal teams, and account managers to drive profitability, maintain high service levels, and deliver best-in-class branded merchandise solutions across BDA’s global operations.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented and highly creative professionals with experience in sales support, purchasing, merchandising, or account coordination who thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment. Additionally, BDA is seeking candidates who are eager to develop their careers with us and have aspirations to eventually transition into the sales team. This position offers a clear pathway for growth and advancement within our organization.
LOCATION: 4 days on site in Troy, MI or Roswell, GA (moving to Sandy Springs, GA) and 1 day working from home
