The Lead Implementation Specialist, Workforce AI will serve as the technical discovery partner, customer setup specialist, primary tester, and lead trainer for new WFAI implementations. You’ll work directly with healthcare clients as well as Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Solution Design, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the WFAI platform.

What We Offer:
Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $75,000 to $100,000.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.

The Implementation Solution Consultant, Workforce AI is responsible for designing and delivering customer solutions during implementation within a healthcare technology environment. Acting as the bridge between customers, data, and system capabilities, the consultant partners directly with clients to shape solution design, validate data and integrations, and guide key decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex workforce and scheduling needs into scalable, practical solutions. While not coding-focused, it involves working with data (including SQL), supporting integrations, and ensuring reliable, high-quality implementations that align with both customer requirements and platform best practices.
