You will own the product definition and execution for VR headset and tablet workflows that frontline users and administrators actually use. You’ll define how customers browse and configure content, set up their experience, and navigate content across multiple Axon apps and devices. This role is high-impact: you’ll improve usability for complex user workflows and remove friction that blocks adoption. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, content, and field teams to deliver measurable improvements in task completion, usability, and feature adoption.
Location: Onsite at our Seattle, WA office (Tues–Fri in-office, remote Mondays flexible)

This role is based out of our Seattle, WA location and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure automation for law enforcement systems. As a Software Engineer, you’ll drive the development of an infrastructure provisioning and automation platform. This platform enables engineering teams to self-serve infrastructure — such as databases and Kubernetes clusters — through infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and AWS CDK. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution. This position is a Principal Product Manager within Core DEMS, the team responsible for the backbone of our evidence ecosystem — including ingestion, search, organization, metadata, access control, and the platform layer that connects Evidence.com to the broader world of tools agencies depend on.
Axon Evidence is becoming a platform. The next chapter of Evidence.com is architectural: evolving from a single product into a composable, open evidence backend where any authorized surface — Axon-built or third-party — can access, act on, and contribute to evidence data through a well-governed API and AI agent integration layer. This Principal PM will own the strategy and roadmap for how that platform is exposed to the world. That means the Partner API program and its next evolution, the developer portal and partner certification framework, and the emerging capability that makes Evidence.com natively accessible to AI agents operating inside agency workflows — enabling any compatible AI tool an agency deploys to retrieve evidence, check chain of custody, surface case connections, and take action, all through a permissioned, auditable interface. It also means defining the reverse: how Evidence.com ingests context from external systems — RMS, CAD, court management, community data — so the intelligence layer always has a complete operational picture.
This is a category-defining role, not a feature-building one. The decisions made here set the architecture for how every external integration attaches to Evidence.com for the next decade, require executive alignment across product, security, legal, and go-to-market, and carry external influence that extends to ecosystem partners and AI platform vendors. The scope, strategic ambiguity, and organizational consequence of this role require Principal-level judgment and seniority.
Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. On the Real Time Operations (RTO) Integrations team, we are accelerating the adoption of the Axon Fusus product as the go-to real-time crime center platform. We are building a team that delivers scalable integrations with hundreds of partners to enable critical workflows for our customers. As a senior engineer on the team, you will be intimately involved in the architecture decisions that will shape this product. You live and breathe cloud services that require high availability and fast, consistent performance. You love working with the latest open source technologies, and can leverage your system design skills to make the right technical decisions on a system that needs to be bullet-proof.
Not only can you drive decisions among competing engineering trade-offs, your empathy with customers allows you to intuit innovative solutions for our customer problems. You will be working closely with product managers and designers to ensure we are building the right solution for our customers. As a contributor in the APX platform engineering organization on the CloudNet team, you focus on solving real-time problems for mission-critical cloud-native services—and on the quality and reliability our customers expect. You'll work closely with teams operating Axon systems around the world, and your technical influence extends across engineering because every product needs sound guidance for how it connects and scales in Axon's overall networking picture. A typical week blends Kubernetes networking, service mesh (for example Istio and Envoy), ingress and gateways, TLS and certificate automation, DNS and public-edge routing, and production incidents where fixing the issue means tracing HTTP, DNS, load balancing, and cloud edges end to end. As a Senior Software Engineer II, in the Real Time Operations pillar at Axon, you will be intimately involved in the architecture decisions that will shape our Vehicle Intelligence / Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) products. You live and breathe distributed systems, APIs and full stack services that require high availability and fast, consistent performance. We've spent the last few years collecting that data and validating the data products that create actionable insights that trainers can use to make encounters more effective, less injurious, and safer for everyone involved. We've shipped the simple models, but now we need to get our customer-validated models into production. Your job is not just to ship them, but to ensure that we have a strategic pipeline to continue delivering data products for our customers for years to come. What works in research needs to be production-grade, reliable, and reusable.
We're a small, technically deep team embedded in Axon's TASER pillar. Our work spans hardware telemetry and behavioral science — we analyze TASER device data, build models that drive training recommendations for law enforcement agencies, and ship the analytical tools that get those insights to the people who can act on them. Our analyses reach the C-suite. Our models become user-facing features. We're working toward Axon's Moonshot: reduce fatal officer-involved shootings by 50% in the next decade.
The head of product was a Staff Engineer. Our TPM ran a 60-person engineering organization. Both product managers have quantitative degrees — applied mathematics and engineering. Our program manager for TREND is a former state police lieutenant with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement. Our designer is part of the team, not separated from it. We built this team to cover the full space — engineering, data, product, and domain — and this hire is the next deliberate addition.
This is the opposite of a silo — and it comes with a tradeoff: you won't always have another SWE in the room, so you'll need to be technically self-sufficient. What you get in return is a team with more depth of experience per person than most engineering environments you've worked in.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) supporting Axon Cloud Trust & Security, you’ll drive the internal execution of Axon’s most critical security compliance and government authorization initiatives (e.g., FedRAMP, GovRAMP, CJIS, FIPS, and related regulatory efforts). As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills and expertise to partner with engineering and product management teams to drive projects from inception, through design, development, and deployment.
This role will operate in a five person team at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Finance, to optimize spending decisions that are aligned with our product and financial strategy. We’re not developing cost-controls and approvals; we empower our engineering teams with budgets and help them understand, forecast, and optimize their spending while maintaining their development velocity.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who’s already worked for several years with engineering teams in cloud-hosted distributed service environments. and has a proven track record of executing and coordinating complex software deliverables across multiple teams and job roles. In this role, you’ll be partnered with engineering and finance VPs. We’re looking for someone who knows a lot or can research what they don’t about how AWS and Azure charge for their services in order to guide teams during architectural design to pick the best alternative. Success will be left-shifting financial understanding into software design; failure would be launching a feature only to find it’s too expensive to run. Amazing success will be developing this function into a repeatable process that scales beyond your individual contributions.

The Real Time Operations division at Axon is on a mission to provide the best-in-class situational awareness software to emergency responders in order to make them more effective and efficient in managing life-and-death situations. As a staff software engineer, you will be joining our team focused on building a fast and performant real-time crime center application that can ingest real-time signals from devices at scale, and provide emergency responders with the features and functionality to focus on the most pertinent information for dealing with the situation at hand. You will take the lead for designing and building critical systems across the cloud, web, and mobile to direct first responders to where they are most needed.
You will join forces with device, other back-end, and front end teams to efficiently source realtime geo-located data from devices in the field such as patrol cars, body cameras and drones. You will join forces with communications teams responsible for streaming realtime media feeds and other signals from devices. You will join forces with application, customer and third party teams to ensure our users have other data they need to make tough decisions. You will write code that efficiently brings these data feeds together on a single map, allowing our users to make better decisions, saving lives.
In this role, you will be reporting to director of engineering for the Real Time Operations division. As a technical leader, you will be advising the division on the right long-term technical initiatives to invest in, and act as a force multiplier on the team, working intimately with other senior engineers in the division to guide and grow them. You are a great collaborator and coach, and will mentor our next set of senior engineers.
Your customer empathy and eagerness to understand users and their problems allows you to balance competing business and engineering priorities, helping to steer the team to achieve the best outcomes.

YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior RF Engineer II on the Wireless & Connectivity Center of Excellence (CoE) team, you will lead the design and development of advanced wireless connectivity solutions across Axon’s product portfolio — including Body-Worn Cameras, in-vehicle systems, wearables, and other next-generation platforms.
You will own RF architecture and implementation across a broad range of wireless technologies — from integration of Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo modules to detailed chip-down cellular designs — spanning PCB layout, RF routing, matching networks, and antenna port optimization. Your deep expertise in LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and related wireless systems will be applied to hands-on design, validation, and performance optimization of mission-critical video and communications products serving law enforcement, public safety, and enterprise customers.
You will leverage your technical depth, disciplined engineering approach, passion for wireless innovation, and strong ownership mindset to deliver robust, high-performance designs that meet the demanding reliability and coexistence requirements of real-world public safety environments.
In addition to leading complex RF circuit designs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional global engineering teams — spanning industrial design, hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and regulatory — to deliver world-class products at scale. As a senior technical contributor, you will influence architectural decisions, drive best practices in RF design and validation, and mentor engineers to elevate the overall technical capability of the organization.

Today, public safety officers spend up to 2/3 of their time on the job filling out paperwork (sometimes with paper, sometimes with floppy disks). The Real Time Operations division at Axon is on a mission to provide the best-in-class situational awareness software to emergency responders in order to make them more effective and efficient in managing life-and-death situations. As a staff software engineer, you will be joining our team focused on building a fast and performant real-time crime center application that can ingest real-time signals from devices at scale, and provide emergency responders with the features and functionality to focus on the most pertinent information for dealing with the situation at hand. You will take the lead for designing and building critical systems across the cloud, web, and mobile to direct first responders to where they are most needed.
You will join forces with device, other back-end, and front end teams to efficiently source realtime geo-located data from devices in the field such as patrol cars, body cameras and drones. You will join forces with communications teams responsible for streaming realtime media feeds and other signals from devices. You will join forces with application, customer and third party teams to ensure our users have other data they need to make tough decisions. You will write code that efficiently brings these data feeds together on a single map, allowing our users to make better decisions, saving lives.
In this role, you will be reporting to director of engineering for the Real Time Operations division. As a technical leader, you will be advising the division on the right long-term technical initiatives to invest in, and act as a force multiplier on the team, working intimately with other senior engineers in the division to guide and grow them. You are a great collaborator and coach, and will mentor our next set of senior engineers.
Your customer empathy and eagerness to understand users and their problems allows you to balance competing business and engineering priorities, helping to steer the team to achieve the best outcomes.

We’re hiring a senior XR UX designer who can build in Unity and thinks in systems. You’ll design the experience as a system -- mapping the full customer journey across moments, touchpoints, and handoffs, and making sure the XR experience stays consistent, learnable, and reliable end-to-end. You’ll lead end-to-end product UX for XR experiences (VR/AR/MR), using interactive Unity work to validate decisions early and reduce risk. Prototyping is the starting point, not the finish line. You’ll create real, testable Unity experiences with enough fidelity to inform implementation and sometimes accelerate production, while contributing reusable patterns that speed future work across the team. You’ll work closely with engineering to carry learnings into shipped experiences, and you’ll collaborate with other prototypers and designers to keep work aligned, scalable, and moving fast.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. As a Senior Security Operations Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our security infrastructure. YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior RF Engineer II on the Wireless & Connectivity Center of Excellence (CoE) team, you will lead the design and development of advanced wireless connectivity solutions across Axon’s product portfolio — including Body-Worn Cameras, in-vehicle systems, wearables, and other next-generation platforms.
You will own RF architecture and implementation across a broad range of wireless technologies — from integration of Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo modules to detailed chip-down cellular designs — spanning PCB layout, RF routing, matching networks, and antenna port optimization. Your deep expertise in LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and related wireless systems will be applied to hands-on design, validation, and performance optimization of mission-critical video and communications products serving law enforcement, public safety, and enterprise customers.
You will leverage your technical depth, disciplined engineering approach, passion for wireless innovation, and strong ownership mindset to deliver robust, high-performance designs that meet the demanding reliability and coexistence requirements of real-world public safety environments.
In addition to leading complex RF circuit designs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional global engineering teams — spanning industrial design, hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and regulatory — to deliver world-class products at scale. As a senior technical contributor, you will influence architectural decisions, drive best practices in RF design and validation, and mentor engineers to elevate the overall technical capability of the organization.
